Twitter leftists got triggered after President Trump noted that he was not involved in making the projection models predicting 100,000 to 240,000 American deaths from the coronavirus — even with mitigation efforts.
Dr. Deborah Birx, a member of the White House coronavirus task force, remarked: “All of that can be changed by our behaviors. All of it can be changed in a different way if we don’t follow those behaviors.”
Dr. Birx underscored that the apocalyptic death projections being bandied about in the media can change on a dime, so they’re not reliable.
“If another major metropolitan area ends up having an epidemic like the New York metro area, that could dramatically change — not the model, but the reality of the impact of the virus on Americans,” Birx explained.
President Trump chimed in: “The models show hundreds of thousands of people are going to die [without mitigation efforts]. You know what I want to do? I want to come way under the model.”
Trump added: “The professionals did the models. I was never involved in a model — at least, this kind of a model.”

Predictably, leftist Twitter clutched their pearls as they attributed sexism to President Trump’s hand gesture, which they SWEAR was an hourglass figure of a female.
For the record, Trump makes this same hand motion a lot.

Leftists insist that Trump was making a reference to all the hot supermodels he dated (and married) before he became president.
"The professionals developed the models. I was never involved in a model… at least this kind of a model."

Yes, that just happened.

One screeched: “He’s cracking jokes about banging supermodels in the same breath as talking about a six figure death count. REMOVE HIM.”
OH MY FUCKING GOD.
Trump says "the models say 100,000 people could die. I've never been involved in the model. At least not *that* kind of model."
He's cracking jokes about banging supermodels in the same breath as talking about a six figure death count.
REMOVE HIM.

Another unhinged Trump-hater shrieked: “President Trump told the nation he f**ks models as the coronavirus death toll passed 7,000 on Friday.”

A Democrat operative tweeted: “Just a reminder that less than an hour ago Trump cracked a joke about f*cking models during a televised press briefing on the deadly pandemic sweeping across the country and killing thousands of Americans.”

Carpe Donktum mocked CNN’s Jim Acosta, who smiled mischievously after the President made the “models” remark.

One CEO remarked: “Among we men, this is called normal. I can’t speak for the Pajama Boy generation, though. But many of them are not quite what everyone thinks of as ‘men,’ are they?”
Another Trump supporter quipped: “Lmao hell yeah! Trump with the model joke.”

Meanwhile, these are some of the “experts” the public is relying upon when they panic about alarming coronavirus death projections.
The American Hospital Association made this “Best Guess Epidemiology” for March and April:
- 96 million infections
- 480,000 deaths.
As of today (April 4), COVID-19 infections and deaths are far below the alarmist projections.
