So much for “party unity.” Senator Elizabeth Warren refused to shake Bernie Sanders’ hand after the first Democratic primary debate of 2020 in Iowa.
The snub was especially glaring because Warren enthusiastically shook the hand of frontrunner Joe Biden and all her other rivals.
The awkward encounter was captured on video. After Warren shakes Biden’s hand, she walks over to Sanders’ podium, where he extends a hand like a good sport.
Instead of shaking Bernie’s hand, Warren recoils and clutches both her hands close to her chest in an obvious rebuff.
Bernie then gets animated as the two exchange words before he walks off, leaving Fauxcohontas in the dust.

During the evening, CNN debate moderators relentlessly attacked Bernie Sanders. One exchange that drew volcanic backlash occurred when moderator Abby Phillip asked Sanders if he ever said that a woman could not win the presidency in 2020.
Sanders replied: “Well, as a matter of fact, I didn’t say it…Anybody who knows me knows that it’s incomprehensible that I would think that a woman cannot be president of the United States.”
Phillip then asked Warren: “What did you think when Senator Sanders told you that a woman could not win the election?”
Phillip was roundly mocked on Twitter for her biased characterization of the question. Sanders and the audience even broke out into laughter at the absurdity.
Any moderator/journalist with an ounce of integrity follows up this answer with:
“Senator Warren, what do you say in response to Senator Sanders’ denial?”

CNN hurled grenades at Sanders all night while lobbing softball questions at Warren, Pete Buttigieg, and Joe Biden.
Bernie supporters responded to the unfairness by launching the Twitter hashtag #CNNisTrash.
One guy remarked: “The framing of the questions were so terrible. CNN is Trash.”

Another fumed: “In times when our democracy needs transparent and unbiased journalism, CNN decides to take the worst route of them all.”

CNN’s tabloid “journalism” succeeded in uniting Bernie supporters and Trump loyalists. One man noted: “One thing both sides of the spectrum can agree on: CNN Is Trash.”

CNN host Erin Burnett said the Warren camp leaked their version of her private conversation with Bernie — a year after it took place — in a move to paint Sanders as a sexist.
That’s a really desperate, toothless attack because even people who dislike Sanders do not believe that he is a sexist.
That caused the Twitter hashtag #WarrenIsASnake to trend all night.
One person tweeted: “I feel so bad for Bernie. He saw Warren as a friend and she backstabs him. Warren was my second choice. Now she can go f**k herself. Never voting for her. #WarrenIsASnake”

Another Bernie supporter fumed: “You preach unity while backstabbing Bernie and spreading smears about him. You have no right to talk about unity.”

One woman wrote: “Accusing Bernie Sanders of misogyny is the weakest attempt at derailing his success in the election. The DNC rigged 2016 with Clinton but now they’re really trying this? pathetic.”

Despite Warren’s “sexism” attack on Bernie, her poll numbers remain dismal. Meanwhile, Sanders is gaining on Joe Biden, who remains the clear frontrunner.
However, many viewers say the clear winner of the Democratic primary debate was Donald Trump.
Billionaire businessman Jeffrey Gundlach observed: “Unequivocal winner is already obvious: President Trump.”
The Democratic debate is about half over. Unequivocal winner is already obvious: President Trump. There seems to be no Democratic vision.

As BizPac Review reported, the consensus on Wall Street and the projections of three election-prediction models is that Trump will cruise to an easy win. Great job, Dems!
