NFL’s Antonio Brown says he’s purging white women for 2020

NFL free agent Antonio Brown continues to be his own worst enemy, with an assist from social media, as the highly talented wide receiver’s fall from grace continues to play out before the nation’s eyes.

A sad, sometimes bizarre fall from grace that the player has suggested has a racial component to it, but Brown trumped that claim as if on steroids, announcing online that he will be ghosting white women in the coming year.

“No more white woman 2020,” Brown tweeted late Thursday.

The tweet follows a crazy Instagram Live video Brown shared of an encounter with police at his Hollywood, Fla., property Saturday that apparently involved his “baby mama,” according to TMZ.

The incident “appears” to involve Chelsie Kyriss, according to the site, who has three children with Brown — yes, she is white.

Taking to Twitter, he tagged Todd Kyriss, telling him to come get his daughter.

Brown tweeted: “Come get your daughter @geepak she bringing the police to my house 3 days in a row; when she is block on my gate trying to say she stay here when she been staying in hotels! You came here thanksgiving stayed in hotel with her! You got her other two kids help her be her Dad!!”

The NFL is conducting an investigation after Brown was hit with allegations of rape and sexual assault by a former trainer — the New England Patriots released Brown in September, after just two weeks.

The woman, 28-year-old Britney Taylor, an African-American, alleges that Brown sexually assaulted her on three occasions in 2017 and 2018, with the third incident escalating to rape.

Taylor filed a civil lawsuit against Brown, and the player filed a countersuit denying the allegations, claiming their sexual relationship was consensual at all times.

That seemingly capped off a year that started off with a bizarre preseason battle with the NFL over his choice of helmet as a member of the Oakland Raiders — until Brown turned to social media.

Brown insisted in the preseason that he be allowed to play with an outdated helmet that failed to meet updated standards. This coming after an even stranger incident, where Brown missed most of training camp due to frostbitten feet.

A four-time NFL All-Pro, Brown would make what appeared to be a sincere apology earlier this month, asking NFL teams for another chance.

“First and foremost, I’d like to apologize to my family, friends and anyone who I offended,” he wrote in a long Instagram post.

“I’m going to work extremely hard to show the world how much I appreciate another chance. To the organizations that I offended, I offer my sincere apology to you and my hope is that you forgive me and help me move on from this minor setback,” he added.

Brown included this well-produced video with the post — with a net worth around 25-30 million, he has the means to hire a top-notch production crew:

But the player followed that up with a tweet last week suggesting that the NFL, which is 70% black, is racist because teams have shied away from signing him, while his ex-teammate, Pittsburgh Steelers star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is playing despite rape allegations against him.

It was a battle with Roethlisberger, who Brown called a “loser” in another tweet, that marked the beginning of the apparent end for Brown, who was traded to the Oakland Raiders in March. Oakland later cut Brown, after he took to Instagram to ask to be released — this coming after he secretly recorded a phone call from his head coach pleading with him to “just play football,” releasing it online.

His social media posts run the gamut, a schizophrenic swing from being contrite to lashing out and blaming others, to outright bizarre incidents.

Yet, Brown tweeted Friday: “My life became public now when I go public I’m wrong.”

It truly is sad to see someone who appears to be in desperate need of professional help melting down in the public like Brown is. Odds are, this does not end well for him.
