Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida warned Democrats in swing districts that karma will come back to get them for supporting their party’s sham impeachment. Accordingly, Gaetz advised them to “rent, don’t buy” in Washington because they won’t be back after the November 2020 election.
Gaetz, an attorney, made the remarks shortly after the House Judiciary Committee voted 23-17 to advance two articles of impeachment against President Trump along party lines. The House of Representatives is expected to take a full vote on impeachment next week.
Matt Gaetz explained: “The folks who will be regretting what they’re doing are the Democrats in swing districts who probably aren’t coming back. I’d tell them for the upcoming year, ‘Rent, don’t buy, here in Washington, D.C.”
“The only question that we are left with as we move impeachment to the floor of the House of Representatives is, which will occur more rapidly? Will Democrats lose votes, or will they lose the majority?
“Because if these folks who promised to come here and work with us on healthcare and infrastructure vote for this impeachment, they won’t be back. We’ll be holding the gavels.
And we will remember not just how you treated us — not just how you treated the President — but we’ll remember how you treated the American people.”

If the impeachment is approved in the Democrat-led House of Representatives next week, the Republican-led Senate is expected to acquit President Trump during its impeachment trial early next year.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told Fox News host Sean Hannity that there was “zero chance” the president would be removed from office.
McConnell said: “The case is so darn weak coming over from the House. We all know how it’s going to end. There is no chance the President is going to be removed from office.”
McConnell also said “it wouldn’t surprise me if we got one or two Democrats” to vote to acquit Trump.
Senator Mitch McConnell said: “We’ll be working through this process hopefully in a fairly short period of time, in total coordination with the White House counsel’s office and the people who are representing the President. I’m going to take my cues from the President’s lawyers. My hope is that it will be a shorter process rather than a long, lengthy process.”
Meanwhile, Democrats are already feeling volcanic backlash from angry voters. Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger of Virginia (who’s from a swing district) was shouted down by furious constituents.
One voter yelled: “The allegations are incredible bullsh**. It’s cr*p! He hasn’t done anything wrong!”
Another constituent begged Spanberger: “Let our votes count! Don’t take them away.”
Still another voter said: “You all have been trying to impeach this man since he got elected.”

Yesterday, House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler was confronted by a small group of angry voters for pushing the impeachment con game.
One voter shouted: “Trump is your president! And he will be in 2020. Shame on you! You will be exposed for your treason!”
Trump greeted like a rock star as thunderous cheers rain down on him at Army-Navy game
