Disgraced former FBI director James Comey, who previously stated that the Department of Justice inspector general’s report validated his actions, claimed he had been booked for an appearance on “Fox & Friends,” only to have the network cancel after the report came out.
Fox News disputed that account, saying that Comey was “not booked and was never confirmed to appear” on the show.
But that didn’t stop Fox News’ Sean Hannity from extending Comey an offer to go on his show Tuesday evening, reserving the full hour for Comey, as well as offering him three full hours on his daily radio show.
“Hey Mr Super Patriot, come on my show “Hannity” on Fox News. The #1 show in all of Cable News. I’ll give you the Full hour Tuesday night & I’ll offer 3 full hours on 625 of the biggest and best talk radio stations in America,” Hannity tweeted, adding in a second tweet: “You have a lot of explaining to do.”

As for the explaining, President Trump took to Twitter to quote Fox News hosts Brit Hume and Bret Baier.
The quote, believed to be from Hume, read: “You have to look at the 17 instances of misconduct cited in the Report, they are very bad. The FISA Court was clearly taken for a ride on this, a failure of the FBI up and down the chain of command. It’s about as strong a medicine as I’ve seen in a report of this kind in a very long time. The FBI has had some dark day in its past, but nothing like this. This was VERY SERIOUS MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF THE FBI.”
….in a very long time. The FBI has had some dark day in its past, but nothing like this. This was VERY SERIOUS MISCONDUCT ON THE PART OF THE FBI.” @brithume @BretBaier Are you listening Comey, McCabe, lovers Lisa & Peter, the beautiful Ohr family, Brennan, Clapper & many more?

Comey failed to respond to Hannity’s generous offer, so he doubled down Wednesday while laying down a blistering tweetstorm in response doubts about his authenticity, in effect, laying out the findings of the report being glossed over by many in the media.
“My offer is NOT hyperbole. 4 on air hours. Colby I’m not sure what you missed about yesterday’s report but the 4 Fisa applications were all based almost entirely on a single unreliable sub source…,” he tweeted, tagging Mediaite reporter Colby Hall, who said the offer was “clearly hyperbole.”

… known for “Egoism” and “Boaster”. Steele was a bought and paid for Trump Hater.
The warrants were almost entirely based on HRC’s bought and paid for Russian Steele dossier, filled with unverifiable lies…— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
Jumping ahead a bit, Hannity noted that Comey had until Noon Tuesday to accept his invitation — needless to say, the disgraced former G-man did not.
Hannity tweeted: “He has until noon today to accept my invitation as I have 4 hours of content to prepare. Don’t hold your breath.”

But back to the tweetstorm breaking down the IG report, it’s worth following because it includes critical information, such as Comey signing three of the four FISA warrant applications.
Hannity also stated that the damage done to the FBI under Comey is “incalculable.”
Here are the rest of his tweets in all their splendor:
.@colbyhall .@Comey Neither Steele nor his single “sub source” stood behind the dossier. Steele had stated under oath he had no idea if any of the contents were true. The sub source said none of the information was designed to be used….
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
… When a career law enforcement officer signs a warrant, like an affidavit, they are affirming that the contents are verified and true. The information used in the FISC applications we know were completely unverifiable and NOT true…..
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
… The warnings not to trust the HRC dirty Russian dossier were numerous. Comey Signed 3 of the 4 FISC applications.
17 IDENTIFIED SIGNIFICANT failures, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS…..

.. IN THE RUSH TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN… (maintain is a key word in this)… the FISA SURVEILLANCE OF TRUMP CAMPAIGN ASSOCIATES, FBI OFFICIALS knowingly MISLED THE FISA COURT, they knowingly
and purposefully OMITTED CRITICAL EXCULPATORY FACTS FROM THEIR FILINGS…— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
… AND they knowingly SUPPRESSED OR IGNORED INFORMATION NEGATING THE RELIABILITY OF THEIR PRINCIPAL SOURCE.

In the words of AG Barr;"THE MALFEASANCE AND MISFEASANCE DETAILED IN THE INSPECTOR GENERAL'S REPORT REFLECTS A CLEAR ABUSE OF THE FISA PROCESS."

Prosecutor Durham’s words made very clear he has obtained information and evidence that Horowitz did not, and unlike Horowitz, Durham’s investigation is a criminal investigation…..— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
Last point, nobody on TV has supported law enforcement as much as I have over the course of my 24 years at Fox, and 31 years on radio. My entire extended family was in law enforcement, starting with my mother who was a Prison guard, and my dad a family court probation officer…

… The damage inflicted on the worlds Premier law enforcement agency during Comey’s term is real, the damage is actually incalculable…
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
… By using unverifiable garbage information in Fisa applications, he was denying civil liberties to one American, and had a backdoor into a Presidential campaign, transition team and presidency. All of this is unforgivable, and extremely dangerous to the country…
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
… Also many seem to be forgetting the Horowitz referrals regarding Comey and other top FBI brass (Not rank and file) Comey’s “Lack of candor” (Lying) and Government documents in his home etc…
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
… Comey and others can spin this, and rationalize this any way they want, but he and many of his Trump hating Cohorts clearly abused the power we the people entrusted to them…
— Sean Hannity (@seanhannity) December 10, 2019
… Oh and when he signed the 3 Fisa applications as verified, and in between signing them told President elect Trump the dossier is salacious but unverified, did he lie to the President elect, or did he lie on the applications…
