Roseanne Barr to headline Trumpettes USA gala at Mar-a-Lago

The rare breed of thoroughbred Americans who love both President Donald Trump and raunchy humor are in for a singular treat come Feb. 1, 2020.

Besides being the 276th day until the president is expected to win reelection, Feb. 1 will also mark the day that legendary comedian Roseanne Barr and the president’s son Donald Trump Jr. will both appear at Trumpettes USA Inc.’s third annual gala.

In fact, Barr will reportedly be the event’s headline guest/speaker.

“Roseanne is a really loyal Trump supporter. If there was ever anybody who really put their mouth on the line and said how much she loves the president, she is one of them,” the Trumpettes’ founder, Toni Holt Kramer, said to The Palm Beach Post.

She added, “And you can’t get a hotter name in town.”

Formed after then-GOP candidate Trump declared his candidacy in 2015, Trumpettes USA is an organization for women who proudly support the president.

“Mrs. Kramer said she was on a cruise ‘somewhere near Italy’ with a friend when she first heard Mr. Trump was entering the primary race,” The Telegraph reported in 2016. “She decided there and then that she would drop everything else — her book writing and charity work among other things — to help him, but she wasn’t sure how.”

And so in September of 2015, three months after Trump declared his candidacy, she formed Trumpettes USA to reportedly “entice women voters to Mr Trump.”

Years later, the group has since attracted the attention of numerous pro-Trump ladies, from Barr to the duo known as Silk and Diamond, as well as pro-Trump men.

Including the president’s son:

We are delighted to announce that Donald J. Trump, Jr. will be our Honored Guest at our 3rd Annual Red, White, and Blue…

It’s not clear whether Trump Jr. will also be speaking at the gala.

What’s known is that as soon as Trumpettes USA confirmed that Barr will be the headline speaker at next year’s gala, members of the left began kvetching about her alleged racism and anti-Semitism. FYI, she’s Jewish …

Of course, the type of people who would accuse Barr of being a racist and anti-Semite are most likely the same type who’d accuse black conservative Candace Owens of being a white supremacist or so-called “coon” …

Holt Kramer has pushed back on the accusations, telling the Post, “I know Roseanne, and if I know somebody who is not racist, it’s certainly Roseanne. She’s a phenomenal woman.”

Owens, a black woman, would likely agree, as the two got on brilliantly when Barr appeared on her weekly Prager University show last spring.

Kramer added that the blame for Barr’s misfortune in Hollywood wasn’t her but rather the industry’s disturbingly left-wing nature.

“You have to know Hollywood is a very left, Democratic community. They want everybody to be on the left. And if you aren’t, you’re not going to work very often,” she said.

Fact-check: TRUE.

Last year, ABC cancelled the reboot of Barr’s uber-popular sitcom “Roseanne” after she posted an otherwise benign joke in which she described Obama-era adviser Valerie Jarrett as the offspring of the Muslim Brotherhood and the “Planet of the Apes.”

In her first public statement a couple months after the unfortunate cancellation, she pushed back on all the phony accusations of racism by arguing that her joke hadn’t been motivated by some innate dislike of black people. Rather, she’d been targeting Jarrett as an individual human being — one whom she didn’t even realize was black, in part because of her light complexion.

“I thought the b**** was white!” she emphatically said.

Dovetailing back to the present, Kramer said that her friend, Daphne Barak, convinced Barr to speak at next year’s Trumpettes gala.

“I said there’s only one person I want. I only want Roseanne because she is the magic right now,” she recalled to the Post. “So Daphne said she called Roseanne, who was in Hawaii cooking [Tuesday] night and she says to Roseanne, ‘Will you come to Palm Beach and do the event?’ And Roseanne said, ‘Yeah, I want to come. I’ll be there.'”

The speaker at this year’s gala — which was held this past February — was legendary Hollywood actor Jon Voight.
