‘Wax her balls’ activist loses legal battle, is ordered to pay $6K to targeted beauticians

Trans activist Jessica Yaniv has lost a legal battle being waged against several female beauticians who had refused to wax Yaniv’s male genitalia.

The British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal ruled against the Canadian activist who was arguing that salons were discriminating based on sex. Salon workers countered that they should not be forced to touch or work on male genitalia.

“Self-identification does not erase physiological reality,” Jay Cameron, a lawyer for the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, which represented the beauticians, said in a statement. “Our clients do not offer the service requested. No woman should be compelled to touch male genitals against her will, irrespective of how the owner of the genitals identifies.”

Yaniv has been ordered to pay $2000 to each of the beauticians, one of whom was reportedly forced out of business due to the lawsuit. Yaniv was seeking as much as $15,000 from each beautician in the complaints.

The Tribunal stated in its decision that Yaniv filed the “complaints for improper purposes,” “engaged in improper conduct” and gave contradictory testimony.

“Most of the women who were the target of Yaniv’s complaints work out of their own home, are of immigrant background, and have small children with them in the house during the day,” the Justice Centre wrote about the case.

“This is not about waxing. This about businesses and individuals using their religion and culture to refuse service to protected groups because -they- don’t agree with it or the person and use that to illegally discriminate contrary to the BC Human Rights Code and the CHRC,” Yaniv wrote on Twitter in July about the case.

Yaniv also reportedly took issue with some of the beauticians being immigrants and refusing to service based on religious grounds.

“We have a lot of immigrants here who gawk, judge and aren’t the cleanest of people, they’re also verbally and physically abusive, that’s one reason I joined a girl’s gym, cause I DON’T want issues with these people . . . They lie about s***, they’ll do anything to support their own kind and make things miserable for everyone else,” Yaniv wrote on Facebook earlier this year.

“Yaniv has made numerous public comments against immigrants. At the hearings, Yaniv contended that immigrants use their religion to discriminate against trans people because they refused to wax the male genitals of those who identify as women,” the Justice Centre wrote.

The trans issue grows more and more complicated every day, with many not knowing where to draw the line. Rachel McKinnon, a “transgender woman,” has also been making headlines recently for winning the 200-meter gold medal at the Masters Track Cycling World Championships. Many argue allowing a biological male to compete in women’s sports will destroy those sports and take away their integrity.

“This BS will destroy women’s sports and everything so many amazing female athletes have worked their entire lives to achieve. I couldn’t care less how you identify, but this isn’t right,” Donald Trump Jr. tweeted in response to the victory.

McKinnon shot back and dismissed any and all criticism against the victory as “hate speech.”
