Oops! California’s expensive solar panels to fight climate change don’t work during blackout

Californians who screech about climate change were furious after discovering that the expensive solar panels they installed on their rooftops don’t work during a blackout unless they buy an equally expensive battery system.

This week, a mass power outage occurred when utility company PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric Co.) shut down the electric grid in Northern California to prevent wildfires, which have been ravaging the state.

The grid shutdown in 34 counties caused more than 738,000 area customers to lose power.

The irony is that California’s insistence on solar panel installation has not helped at all during the forced grid shutdown.

Moreover, as of January 2020, California has made it mandatory for all new homes to be built with solar panels.

“Energy experts estimate that building solar panels can add another $10,000 to $15,000 to the cost of rebuilding,” according to Action News Now.

In other words, installing solar panels to combat climate change is not only more expensive, but has proven to be ineffective in maintaining power during a blackout. So what’s the point?

As BizPac Review reported, Democratic presidential candidates have made climate change a key part of their platforms.

Senator Bernie Sanders said he wants American taxpayers to pay for abortions in poor countries around the world to limit population growth. Why? Because Sanders claims mass abortions will limit climate change.

Senator Sanders replied that he wholeheartedly supports abortion as birth control, both for American women and women in third-world countries.

“The answer is yes [I plan to address the climate crisis], and the answer has everything to do with the fact that women — in the United States of America — have the right to make reproductive decisions,” Sanders said.

Similarly, Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has declared a jihad on farting cows, saying they’re to blame for climate change.

Patrick Moore, the co-founder of Greenpeace, responded by torching AOC for her epic environmental ignorance and hypocrisy.

“The problem with AOC is she doesn’t know whether or not she knows what she is talking about,” Moore quipped.

Patrick Moore also blasted Ocasio-Cortez as a “pompous little twit,” saying “if fossil fuels were banned, every tree in the world would be cut down for fuel for cooking and heating. You would bring about mass death.”

Climate change has been happening for millions of years — long before man walked the Earth (and drove cars and ate hamburgers).

The mainstream media falsely claim that people on the political right are climate-change “deniers.” That is fake news. They’re just skeptical of climate ALARMISTS and hoaxers.
