Geraldo Rivera is frustrated with the anonymous Ukraine call whistleblower and said he would love to just beat that person up.
The Fox News correspondent slammed the “rotten snitch” whose complaint about President Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky set off an impeachment inquiry by House Democrats.

Rivera’s anger boiled over in an appearance on “Fox & Friends” on Friday as the discussion revolved around the president’s call with the Ukraine leader and the timeline of events leading up to the July discussion which critics are claiming shows a quid pro quo on the part of Trump, who allegedly asked Zelensky to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden in exchange for U.S. military aid.
Of course, that accusation was not supported by the transcript of the call, which was made public this week, but only showed the president offering congratulations to the newly elected foreign leader and discussing his country’s promised efforts to deal with corruption. Activity by Biden, and his son Hunter Biden, in Ukraine business dealings was part of the corruption allegations Trump requested Zelensky investigate.
The president noted in a tweet on Friday that future U.S. leaders will be unable to speak to their foreign counterparts if critics consider his “perfect phone call” with Zelensky to have been a violation of law.
If that perfect phone call with the President of Ukraine Isn’t considered appropriate, then no future President can EVER again speak to another foreign leader!

“The question is, what you come to, on July 19th the aid was held up. Why?” Fox News co-host Brian Kilmeade said, speaking with Rivera on the U.S. funding to Ukraine that was apparently held up before Trump took office.
Kilmeade questioned the timeline and the unfolding events in the last few months, noting that Vice President Mike Pence did not attend Zelenky’s inauguration as expected and comments made by Sen. Rob Portman.
“And when Rob Portman came out in August and said, ‘I talked to the president about it, had nothing to do with any type of conversation on Joe Biden, the conversation was about corruption,’ and then when Rob Portman said, ‘We just need to get them that money, a week later they got the money,'” Kilmeade said, referring to the Ohio Republican.
“It gets back to my main question, the 69-dollar question,” Rivera said.
“Where did the money go? Was the money used to buy weapons or was the money used to line the pockets of the corrupt people that the president is complaining about?” he asked.
“You would have to have proof of quid pro quo,” co-host Ainsley Earhardt interjected. “And no matter if he gave them the money a month later after that conversation or two months later, if we don’t have proof that the president was holding back because he wasn’t getting information about Joe Biden’s son, he is not guilty,” she said.
Rivera noted that this would be the line of thinking of any “reasonable person.”
“I see it differently,” he said.
“After listening to the Democrats, they believe that they have it now. That everything else, Russia collusion, Stormy Daniels, taxes, making money on hotels, and all that. They are going to put everything away and they are going to laser focus on this. This is gonna be what the impeachment is all about, maybe one or two little other things fall in,” Rivera said.
“So it’s going to be the president of the United States in a conversation that was intercepted by a rotten snitch — I’d love to wap him, but that’s another story,” he added, meaning he would like to beat the whistleblower.
“Imagine this poor president, his whole tenure in office has been marked by snitches, and rats, and backstabbers, it’s amazing how he functions at all,” he said.
Trump slammed the “witch hunt” against him again on Twitter where he has been tweeting and retweeting messages by supporters seeking to bring clarity to the controversy and exposing the true motives of Democrats.
…..nice call with with the new President of Ukraine, it could not have been better or more honorable, and the Fake News Media and Democrats, working as a team, have fraudulently made it look bad. It wasn’t bad, it was very legal and very good. A continuing Witch Hunt!

“He will have to defend that statement and it will be the essence of impeachment,” Rivera concluded. “I think they will even lose Democrats on the way to indicting him.”
