Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani exploded at Democratic activist Chris Hahn, telling him to “shut up, moron!” for allegedly lying about Joe Biden’s abuse of power toward Ukraine when he was Barack Obama’s vice president.
The brouhaha erupted on “The Ingraham Angle” after Hahn put words in Giuliani’s mouth.
“I just heard the President’s personal attorney say he was directed by the State Department to meet with Ukraine to get evidence on the president’s political opponent,” Hahn said. “[He] is now saying he has evidence, he has all this information.”
Giuliani fired back to Hahn: “I should sue you for libel because you irresponsibly [lied about me]. You usually say incredibly stupid things.”
When Hahn retorted, “So then you know the law.”
Giuliani — a former federal prosecutor — got upset that Hahn kept interrupting him, so he fired back: “Shut up, moron! Shut up! You don’t know what you’re talking about, idiot!”
“I do,” Hahn meekly retorted.
Giuliani replied: “No you don’t, you just lied!”

Rudy Giuliani then asked host Laura Ingraham to tell Chris Hahn to let him finish talking.
“Why don’t you tell him to keep his mouth shut so we could tell the truth?” Giuliani said. “He said that I was asked by the State Department to dig up political dirt on Trump’s opponent. That’s totally false!”
The Democratic Party is desperately trying to muddy the waters concerning Joe Biden’s shady dealings with Ukraine. To distract attention from Biden’s alleged abuse of power, they’re resorting to the usual left-wing tactic of accusing their opponents of doing what their side is actually guilty of.
As BizPac Review reported, in 2014, Joe’s son Hunter Biden was on the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, an energy company owned by a Ukrainian oligarch.
Hunter was appointed to that board and raked in $50,000 a month for the part-time gig despite having no background in energy. Critics say Hunter was merely given that position to pander to his father, who was Barack Obama’s vice president.
According to the New York Times, while he was VP, Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees if Ukraine didn’t fire its top prosecutor, who was investigating Burisma Holdings.
If true, this was clearly a conflict of interest — a claim the Left has repeatedly hurled at President Trump without evidence. This is where the Left once again tries to flip the script against Trump.
According to gleeful reports from the Washington Post and the New York Times, a “whistleblower” without first-hand knowledge claims Trump had pressured Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky (during a July 25 phone call) to investigate Biden’s abuse of power.
The media ran with the story despite the fact that the anonymous whistleblower did not have direct knowledge of the communication. So basically, this entire “bombshell” report is more innuendo from an anonymous third party.
Meanwhile, the transcripts of the call clearly show there was no attempted quid-pro-quo on Trump’s part.
Even anti-Trump network CNN admitted that the anonymous whistle-blower did not have firsthand knowledge of the phone call.
Fox News correspondent John Roberts (who is not a Trump supporter) said his own reporting confirms that the whistleblower filed his complaint based on hearsay.
“Sources tell Fox News that this whistleblower did not have firsthand knowledge of telephone conversation on July 25 between President Trump and President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine,” Roberts said.
Roberts continued: “What’s more, the complaint that was delivered to the Inspector General makes it clear that this whistle-blower did not have firsthand knowledge.”
Despite this, the media breathlessly ran with yet another anonymous “bombshell” rumor that has now been debunked.
Former CIA officer Bryan Dean Wright (a lifelong Democrat) tweeted: “Biden should drop out now. In the coming months, the Russians will leak intel of Hunter and Joe engaging in corrupt acts in Ukraine.”
