Rudy Giuliani blasted the “completely warped” Justice Department following the release of the FBI’s Bruce Ohr interview reports.

President Trump’s personal attorney unloaded on the corrupt FBI and the “shocking” crimes he said were committed against Trump as he spoke to Fox News host Sean Hannity.

“We’ve known this for a year,” Giuliani said on “Hannity” Thursday, reacting to the release of the FBI’s notes, known as “302s,” with details of interviews agents conducted with senior Justice Department official Bruce Ohr.

“You can’t believe what’s going to come out. And this is dramatic revelation now,” the former New York City mayor added. “But Bruce Ohr should have been prosecuted, and his wife, for conflicts of interest ten months ago because we had a Justice Department that was completely warped.”

Ohr met several times with the former British intelligence officer, Christopher Steele, who authored the infamous “dossier” of unverified information on Trump’s alleged ties to Russia. Ohr’s wife, Nellie, worked for the opposition research firm Fusion GPS, which was hired by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee ahead of the election.

Documents revealed that Steele was passionately against Trump winning the 2016 election and focused on undermining his campaign, but the information was not shared with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court which issued warrants on former Trump associate Carter Page based on the dossier.

“The fact is that these are crimes that are shocking,” Giuliani told Hannity.

“These are crimes that go to the very heart of our republic,” he added. “These people had a plan to stop the Republican candidate from getting elected and then they executed a plan to remove him from office on false evidence, false testimony. The whole thing was made up from the very beginning and they sold it to 90 percent of our media. It’s a tragedy!”

“They knew in August 2016 that it was an unverifiable document…but they still used it as the bulk of information and continued to spy on Carter Page and the Trump presidency,” Hannity interjected.

“This is a terrible crime,” Giuliani responded.

“The dimensions of it you still don’t realize,” he added. “There’s plenty of evidence of what happened in Ukraine. Plenty of evidence of what happened in UK. In Italy. This was a massive conspiracy to try to deprive the American people of the person they elected to be president.”

Hannity spoke further about how officials continued to speak with Steele even “after he was proven to be a liar and a leaker.”

“Did our top intelligence officials, did they outsource spying on American citizens for the purpose of hurting President Donald Trump?” Hannity asked the former mayor.

“There is plenty of evidence that it happened,” Giuliani replied, adding that there has been a “deliberate effort to cover this up.”

“These people have disgraced thousands of really, really good people who do this every day for a living. It’s a shame! And it’s only a few of them,” he added. “FBI, CIA…they put their lives at risk and then they’ve got a couple of people at the top who’ve completely corrupted themselves.”

On Wednesday, Fox News host Sean Hannity made similar comments regarding several ongoing ‘deep state’ investigations. Hannity told his viewers the outcome will “shock the conscience of a nation.”
