Scarborough leads charge of libs upset Obama became target at Dem debate: ‘What’s wrong with you people?’

MSNBC talking head Joe Scarborough, a man who still purports to be a true “conservative” despite his continued allegiance to Democrat Party interests, is quite displeased with the current lineup of Democrat presidential election candidates.

Why? Because they keep attacking former President Barack Hussein Obama instead of President Donald Trump, who, for the record, has been described by a number of notable figures as one of the “most conservative presidents” of their lifetime.

“The lunacy of this exercise last night was that Donald Trump’s policy positions were attacked less than Barack Obama’s policy positions,” Scarborough kvetched angrily Thursday morning, hours after the conclusion of the heated second Democrat presidential primary debates.

“You have over the past two weeks a man who has done more to try to start a racial divide in America … and yet in that same week, Democrats on the stage last night decided their target should be Barack Obama instead of Donald Trump.”

Listen to his entire rant below:

The host’s false accusations of racism were based on the president’s critical tweets about “squad” members Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley, as well as his critical tweets about Rep. Elijah Cummings.

Scarborough appears to be among the mostly Democrat Americans who believe that it’s racist for a white person to criticize a minority. But just to be clear, the president has presided over a reduction (not an increase) in racism.

“We find that via most measures, white Americans’ expressed anti-Black and anti-Hispanic prejudice declined after the 2016 campaign and election, and we can rule out even small increases in the expression of prejudice,” a University of Pennsylvania study published last month found.

During his rant Thursday morning, Scarborough also ripped into the current crop of Democrat presidential candidates for ruthlessly attacking Obamacare and claiming that former Vice President Joe Biden’s defense of the widely panned law are “Republican talking points.”

“Give me a break!” the host yelled. “What’s wrong with you people? You’re going up against Donald Trump, and you’re talking about defending ObamaCare as Republican talking points? Who is advising you!?”

Rob Reiner, perhaps?

Former Attorney General Eric Holder shared this frustration:

Sports radio host Matt Jones also noted the trend:

As did fellow MSNBC host Joy Reid, a far-leftist who at least doesn’t try to hide her glaring leftism. Right after the debate Thursday evening, she complained to a panel about the Democrat presidential candidates’ “odd strategy.”

“It was weird for me to watch about 40, almost 40 minutes of primarily attacks on the Obama administration’s policies,” she said. “It took until Cory Booker finally said, mentioned Donald Trump, you finally had a couple of candidates realize that they also needed to mention it is Donald Trump that is trying to take away the healthcare of thirty million people who got it from Obamacare.”

“So it was an odd strategy to me. It’s almost as if we had this debate with the luxury of Hillary Clinton being president — and all we were debating is we’re going to further fix healthcare. It’s almost as if the debate forgot who’s president, because I don’t remember his name being mentioned that much.”

The president has actually expanded healthcare by essentially legalizing association health plans. Known as AHPs, the emergence of these plans reportedly expanded healthcare to an additional four million Americans while also reducing healthcare premiums by $1,900 to $4,100 per year.

Dovetailing back to Scarborough, while he upset with most of the candidates for their attacks on Obamacare, he was generally pleased with one: “spiritual author” and yoga fan Marianne Williamson …

He said that she did “kind of good” at the debate by focusing on the bigger issues.

“I am surprised, I’m going to say this, but actually she gave some of the best political advice any Democrats could give because we’re sitting here, again, it’s a wonky discussion about ‘Medicare for all’ vs. mending Obamacare,” he said. “Very, very important, but that’s not where voters are right now. Voters are scared, they’re scared of Donald Trump.”

“Ronald Reagan was brilliant at it, Bill Clinton was brilliant doing it. Barack Obama, the same. They want somebody that rises above Brookings Institute vs. Heritage Foundation policy battle to talk about the bigger battle against racism, against bigotry, against all the things that Donald Trump has done to push this country to the edge.”

“I think she was kind of good,” his co-host, Mika Brzezinski, concurred.

“She honestly had some great moments,” fellow co-host Willie Geist added.

Just to be clear again, by all measures the American people are feeling happier and more confident than ever before.

“Americans are largely satisfied with 10 life aspects related to their finances, lifestyle, opportunities and social life,” Gallup reported in April. “At least 90% of U.S. adults say they are ‘very’ or ‘somewhat’ satisfied with their family life, their education and the way they spend their leisure time. Likewise, at least 76% are satisfied with their housing, personal health, community, standard of living, job, household income and the amount of leisure time they have.”
