U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents were punched and kicked by a violent horde of 50 illegal immigrants who tried to sneak across the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas yesterday.
A CBP official says the agents had to use tear gas and pepper spray to curb the mob rampage when gangs of illegals rushed the Rio Grande bridge in three separate waves at 4 a.m. local time.
“Ignoring commands to stop, the group suddenly rushed the temporary barricades, bent metal poles and disabled the concertina wire affixed to the barrier,” the official told Fox News.
The Border Patrol official added: “Several males in the group disregarded commands to stop and physically pushed through the barriers. When confronted by CBP officers, the combative individuals began assaulting the officers by punching, kicking, and attempting to grab the officers’ protective devices.”

Illegal immigrants are getting more desperate and violent in their attempts to sneak into the United States after the Trump administration ordered asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while their bogus “asylum” claims are being processed.
It’s part of President Trump’s efforts to curb the throng of illegals from bombarding ICE detention facilities, which are dangerously overcrowded because they were not designed to house tens of thousands of people.
The Democrats’ open-borders policy is encouraging more mass illegal immigration and violence toward Border Patrol agents who are merely doing their jobs.

The media continues to demonize ICE and Border Patrol agents as racist white supremacists, even though 52% of them are Hispanic.
This race-baiting rhetoric from the left-wing media and Democratic lawmakers like Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is fomenting violence against Border Patrol and ICE agents.
Meanwhile, agents on the ground are being assaulted by migrants and are urging Congress to build a wall to prevent further physical confrontations.
“Our agents were under attack. They were assaulted,” Hector Garza — the vice president of the National Border Patrol Council — said in November after agents were attacked by illegals. “These migrants were throwing rocks, glass bottles, and other debris. Some of our agents were hit on their heads. There were minor injuries.”
Garza continued: “There was also damage to government vehicles; their windows were broken. So this was an assault. This was an invasion on our agents, and on our country.”

Hector Garza also pointed out that the migrants intentionally use women and children as human shields as they attack border patrol agents with rocks and bottles.
Mexican and Guatemalan officials said the callous use of women and children as shields on the front line was done deliberately — to stoke public outrage at border patrol agents and at President Trump.
While the Left defames them as racist and uncaring, Border Patrol agents risk their own lives to rescue illegal aliens who are breaking US laws by sneaking into the country.
