It’s official: The leaders of Iran are so cocky and arrogant that they almost make former President Barack Hussein Obama look like the humblest man on Earth.
Just how cocky and arrogant are they? After they shot down one of America’s drones late Wednesday evening, the rogue nation’s radical leaders turned around and said they’re “ready for war.”

“U.S. Central Command can confirm that a U.S. Navy Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (or BAMS-D) ISR aircraft was shot down by an Iranian surface-to-air missile system while operating in international airspace over the Strait of Hormuz at approximately 11:35 p.m. GMT [7:35 pm EST] on June 19, 2019,” U.S. Central Command confirmed in a statement Thursday morning.

Following the drone’s downing, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Gen. Hossein Salami denied that it’d been in international airspace and issued a clear-cut threat against the U.S.
“Shooting down the American spy drone had a clear, decisive, firm and accurate message,” he said. “The message is that the guardians of the borders of Islamic Iran will decisively respond to the violation of any stranger to this land.”
“The only solution for the enemies is to respect the territorial integrity and national interests of Iran. We do not intend to engage in war with any country, but we are completely ready for the war. Today’s incident is a clear sign of this accurate message.”
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has claimed that the drone was downed “when it entered Iranian airspace near the Kouhmobarak district north of the Strait of Hormuz,” according to ABC News. U.S. Central Command has disputed this.
“Iranian reports that the aircraft was over Iran are false,” CENTCOM spokesperson Navy Capt. Bill Urban said in a statement. “This was an unprovoked attack on a U.S. surveillance asset in international airspace.”

As noted by ABC News correspondent Martha Raddatz, Iran’s attack represents a stunning escalation in what has been a series of aggressive moves by the rogue nation.
“This is a significant and dangerous provocation,” she said Thursday morning. “There have been a spate of attacks blamed on Iran in recent weeks. But this is a direct attack on a U.S. military asset. This drone is one of America’s most sophisticated, unarmed aircraft.”

While it’s unclear how the administration will ultimately respond to this act of aggression, President Donald Trump did recently tell Fox News host Sean Hannity to not “worry about a thing.”
“Don’t you worry about a thing. Everything’s under control. Don’t worry about a thing,” he said during an interview with Hannity that aired Wednesday evening.
The remarks were made after the host had pressed him about Iran’s increasing aggression.
“Let me ask you about foreign policy, if I may. … I worry about Iranian hegemony,” Hannity had said. “I worry about Iranian proxy wars and terror. I about their alliance with Vladimir Putin. And I’m not sure where China shakes out in all of this. As you look at the geopolitical workup there — Iran, Russia, China — tell me your concerns.”

Responding to the downing of the drone, 2020 contender former Vice President Joe Biden issued a statement Thursday morning accusing the president of having a failed strategy on Iran.
“President Trump’s Iran strategy is a self-inflicted disaster,” he said. “Two of America’s vital interests in the Middle East are preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon and securing a stable energy supply through the Strait of Hormuz. Trump is failing on both counts.”
He further suggested that these acts of aggression would not be occurring had Trump not withdrawn from former President Barack Hussein Obama’s widely panned nuclear pact with Iran.
“Trump promised that abandoning the deal and imposing sanctions would stop Iran’s aggression in the region. But they’ve only gotten more aggressive,” Biden said.

But the argument could be made that the nuclear deal did NOTHING to stop Iran’s poor behavior, let alone stymie its mission to obtain nuclear weapons.
In fact, evidence uncovered last year showed that some of the money that the Obama administration — of which Biden had been a part — had given Iran as part of the deal was used to fund terrorism.
Moreover, Iran’s recent announcement that it would begin to accelerate its production of enriched uranium and would hit 20 percent within jut 10 days proves for a fact that Obama’s nuclear really did do nothing to slow, let alone thwart, the rogue nation’s nuclear ambitions.
Iran had been building their stockpiles all along. There was never an intention on their part to limit their nuclear capabilities. To believe that Obama’s snivelling capitulation to them and bribery is stupid.
