Bitter libs try to hijack President Trump’s b-day, but can’t stop flood of well-wishes from pouring in

Armed with too much time on their hands and lots of hate, the mean-spirited Trump Derangement Syndrome cabal set out to troll President Donald Trump Friday on his 73rd birthday.

The president was born on June 14, 1946, at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York City.

Andy Lassner, executive producer of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” took to Twitter to call on Trump-haters to help make the hashtag #JohnMcCainDay trend in response to the president’s birthday.

“Honoring an American hero today,” he said. “Let’s celebrate @realDonaldTrump’s birthday today by having #JohnMcCainDay trend. I’m sure this would mean a lot to patriot like Donald Trump.”

The sarcasm clear for all to see, of course.

This coming from the same liberals hypocrites who dare lecture us on our national discourse.

And call Trump “petty” and “childish.”

In the furtherance of their Trump resistance, liberals have come to embrace the late Republican senator from Arizona, who died in August 2018.

Of course, these are the same folks who spewed equal hatred toward McCain when he ran for president. Hell, they even mocked him for the limited use of his arms, as a result of the barbarous treatment he received from the Vietnamese as a prisoner of war.

But, he has become a useful tool for them today in their war on Trump and is now revered — of course, his vote to save Obamacare has something to do with it as well.

And make no mistake, blue check liberals were on board with using McCain to troll the commander in chief.

Unfortunately for the left, Friday was also Flag Day and given President Trump’s love for the American flag, perhaps fate was working against them.

And there was plenty of well wishes flowing President Trump’s way, beginning with daughter Ivanka Trump:

Eric Trump also wished his father a happy birthday, tweeting: “Happy Birthday dad. We all love you very much!”
