Actress Felicity Huffman appeared to have deleted a social media post about being a “good enough” mom following her arrest for allegedly being involved in a college admissions scam.
An Instagram post shared on March 9 about the struggles of motherhood was no longer on her account Tuesday, following the arrest of the 56-year-old actress, according to US Weekly.
“To all the moms out there, you’re all superheroes and you’re all good enough,” Huffman had captioned the photo of a notebook and a “Good mom” coffee mug. “Don’t let anyone tell you differently. Treat yourself today…”
The “Desperate Housewives” actress apparently deleted the post and shut off all of her Instagram comments after her arrest Tuesday.
A previous video of Huffman ironically speaking on education inequality was shared on social media.

The actress, who shares daughter Sofia, 18, and Georgia, 16, with husband and actor William Macy, posted a $250,000 bond after an appearance in a Los Angeles federal court following the arrest for her alleged role in a racketeering scam that involves more than nine coaches and 30 parents, including actress Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli.
According to court documents obtained by ABC News, Huffman “made a purported charitable contribution of $15,000 … to participate in the college entrance cheating scheme on behalf of her eldest daughter.”
She “later made arrangements to pursue the scheme for a second time” to help her younger daughter, but did not follow through, according to US Weekly.
“Operation Varsity Blues,” as the case was referred to by officials, was under investigation for more than a year and involved some of the nation’s top schools, including Yale, Georgetown, Stanford, University of Southern California, UCLA and the University of Texas.
William Rick Singer ran the nearly decade-long scam in which wealthy parents paid millions in bribes to land their children in the elite colleges.
