A Guatemalan illegal immigrant who used false paperwork to illegally obtain a job at one of President Donald Trump’s golf clubs appears to view herself as a victim, despite her crimes.
Illegal immigrant Victorina Morales, 47, voluntarily admitted her crimes to The New York Times recently so that the paper could run a lengthy 2,500+ piece accusing Trump of being a hypocrite for having unknowingly allowed his employees to mistakenly hire her.
“Mr. Trump has made border security and the fight to protect jobs for Americans a cornerstone of his presidency, from the border wall he has pledged to build to the workplace raids and payroll audits that his administration has carried out,” the virulently left-wing paper wrote.
“But throughout his campaign and his administration, Ms. Morales, 45, has been reporting for work at Mr. Trump’s golf course in Bedminster, where she is still on the payroll,” the report continues, slyly suggesting that the president is a hypocrite.
Others have bought into this narrative hook, line and sinker:
Been saying it for YEARS…who’s cooking the meals, who’s cleaning the rooms & who’s mowing the lawn, not just in the #usa but all over the world.

Oh and for all you folks who say you hate illegal immigration and @realDonaldTrump is your savior. He hires illegal immigrants at his properties because, as we already know, he is a lying hypocrite https://t.co/uCqCdLEIpn

Thanks to Morales’ voluntarily admission of guilt, she now faces death threats and potential deportation, according to a follow-up report by the Associated Press. And this apparently upsets her.
“We need to come out and defend ourselves,” she tearfully said to the AP. “I had enough with suffering.”
The “suffering” includes the alleged indignities she experienced at work, though it’s unclear why she thinks earning a livable wage while working a good job is representative of “suffering.”
“Ms. Morales has had dealings with Mr. Trump that go back years, and her husband has confirmed that she would on occasion come home jubilant because the club owner had paid her a compliment, or bestowed on her a $50 or sometimes a $100 tip,” the Times’ report notes.
A majority of the world’s population reportedly earns less than $10 a day. There are likewise hundreds of thousands of homeless men, women and children across the world and in the United States, including over 50,000 in Los Angeles County alone.

The Trump administration has been stalwart in its battle against illegal immigration because, like a majority of the American people, it believes illegal immigration is a slap in the face to those immigrants who earn entry into the United States the legal and proper way.
The administration also argues that illegal immigration depresses wages, increases the national debt, harms minority communities and incentivizes criminality activity.
According to the Times, Morales finds these evidence-backed arguments hurtful: “Ms. Morales said she has been hurt by Mr. Trump’s public comments since he became president.”
“We are tired of the abuse, the insults, the way he talks about us when he knows that we are here helping him make money,” she complained. “We sweat it out to attend to his every need and have to put up with his humiliation.”
It’s unclear whether she realizes that the American people are similarly “tired of” illegal immigrants continually flaunting the country’s laws and disrespecting its citizens.

45-year-old Victorina Morales is a criminal who has broken many laws for years, and she must be ejected from our country with prejudice, not granted asylum status.

4/5… To Victorina Morales:
You’re a violator of #USA laws; an identity thief; a lair. You lied to the Trump Organization to attain a job illegally. You’re not victim. You have no right to complain & s/b prosecuted.— SantaStanislao (@SanStanislao) December 7, 2018
I don’t care who Victorina Morales worked for. The fact she deliberately used “phony” immigration papers is a crime and she surely isn’t settling a good example for other undocumented immigrants. Does she think she is “special” because she works for Trump?

But Morales does not seem to care about the complaints of bonafide Americans.
The Times notes that she’s applied for asylum and is also considering suing the president for alleged workplace abuse and discrimination.
In a final statement to the paper, she said that she feels sad, though not over what she did: “The truth is I’m sad, I feel bad. Many people are pointing their finger at me. But I don’t regret what I did.”
