Michelle Obama’s language on her book tour might put her on Santa’s naughty list

Liberals quick to label “unguarded moments” like Michelle Obama being coarse in her discourse as “cute,” are just as quick to condemn conservative women for using similar oratory.

While on tour plugging her new book, the former first lady shocked the audience at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn when she dissed the feminist “Lean In” campaign, using some colorful language to complain that women can’t have “equality” in their professional and personal lives.

“Marriage still ain’t equal, y’all,” Obama told the crowd. “It ain’t equal. I tell women that whole ‘you can have it all’—mmm, nope, not at the same time, that’s a lie. It’s not always enough to lean in, because that sh*t doesn’t work.”

So much for Mrs. Obama’s tag line, “When they go low, we go high.”

Recognizing there were children in the audience, Obama did apologize, according to Vanity Fair, which characterized the incident in its headline as the former first lady getting “especially comfortable.”

“I thought we were at home, y’all. I was gettin’ real comfortable up in here,” Obama said. “Alright, I’m back now. Sometimes that stuff doesn’t work.”

It’s enough to make one wonder just what the Obama home is like when there are no prying eyes around. That she continues a trend of complaining about marriage being left up to the interpretation of the individual — perhaps life with Barack Obama may not be all the gushing media makes it out to be.

The “Lean In” campaign is the end result of Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg’s efforts, and endeavors to overturn gender stereotypes to advance gender equality at home and at work.

The group’s goal is “to promote female leadership and foster gender diversity in the workplace,” in part by portraying men in caregiver roles — see emasculation.

As for Obama’s course dismissal, she does so with the full confidence that there’s an army of liberal sycophants out there, to include the media, more than willing to run interference for her.

Case in point: “The moment was overshadowed by Michelle O saying shit in public which is a silly thing to get excised about & points to our fetish with civility over all else. The substance of the sentence—a rejection of the Sheryl Sandberg’s controversial ethos—is much more interesting,” tweeted Touré.
