Uber-liberal Bette Midler went on an ALL CAP Twitter rant that left some wondering if the recording artist was off her meds.
Looking to encourage people to vote — we think — Midler blamed President Donald Trump and his “ugliness” for last weekend’s shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue that claimed 11 lives.

The tweet calls to mind unhinged rants frequently seen from fellow liberal Cher, who has an affinity for all cap tweets.
That Midler and Cher are both 72-years-old may help explain their online “shouting,” as all caps are interpreted.
