Nikki Haley hilariously mocks Elizabeth Warren’s ‘failed DNA test’

U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley mocked Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren over her “failed DNA test” at the annual Al Smith Dinner in New York. The dinner is a roast, where politicians make fun of themselves and each other.

“Last year, you went with Paul Ryan, who’s a Boy Scout,” Haley said. “That’s fine, but a little boring. So this year, you wanted to spice things up again, right? I get it — you wanted an Indian woman, but Elizabeth Warren failed her DNA test.”

Haley’s parents are from India, which makes her — unlike Elizabeth Warren — a “real Indian.” Warren’s comical DNA test revealed that she “may be” 1/1,024 Native American — which makes her less Native American than many white Americans.

Haley — once a Never-Trumper — then playfully mocked President Trump, saying: “When the president found out I was Indian-American, he asked me if I was from the same tribe as Elizabeth Warren.”

Nikki Haley will leave her post as UN ambassador in January 2019. Haley resigned last month, saying she wanted to spend more time with her family after two hectic years serving the Trump administration.

Haley underscored that she has no plans to run for president in 2020, and will support President Trump’s re-election campaign.

Haley has been very blunt about the numerous failures of the UN, as BizPac Review has reported. President Trump has repeatedly blasted the U.N. as a “sad,” useless social club that accomplishes nothing and wastes money.

Trump un budget meme

In December 2017, 128 countries (most whom eagerly accept U.S. financial aid) voted to condemn President Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital during the U.N. General Assembly.

As with most things the U.N. does, the vote carried no weight and was a symbolic denunciation of the American gesture to finally recognize Jerusalem as the capital of its longtime ally Israel — the only true ally the United States has in the Middle East.

Nikki Haley reminded the international body that the U.S. contributes more money to the U.N. than all the other countries combined. And we will remember the countries who voted against us the next time they come — hat in hand — asking for help.

united nations budget contributions by country

“The United States is by far the single largest contributor to the United Nations and its agencies,” she pointed out. “The United States will remember this day in which it was singled out for attack in the General Assembly for the very act of exercising our right as a sovereign nation.”

Haley continued: “We will remember it when we are called upon to once again make the world’s largest contribution to the United Nations. And we will remember it when so many countries come calling on us — as they so often do — to pay even more and to use our influence for their benefit.”
