Grassley goes on early morning offense as FBI’s Kavanaugh probe reportedly concludes with no new evidence

Fox News host Sean Hannity said the record seventh FBI investigation of Brett Kavanaugh was concluded late-Wednesday (October 3), and there is reportedly no corroboration of sexual misconduct allegations against the Supreme Court nominee.

“Sources are telling us tonight the FBI supplemental report on Judge Kavanaugh is now complete, and my sources say the Senate is now in possession of copies and they will be looking at it tomorrow [Oct. 4],” Hannity said. “My sources are also telling me no new bombshell information is in this report.”

Hannity then slammed Democrats for trying to derail Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination with defamatory, uncorroborated, 11th hour smears, and said it’s time for Republicans to stand their ground and confirm Kavanaugh.

Hannity said: “It just reiterates what we already know from the Senate Judiciary Committee investigation, and what they have already found. Now it’s time for senators to step up and do their job and vote. Enough with the delay tactics, enough with the smears and the slander.”

The White House already said it has found no corroboration of the sexual misconduct claims against Kavanaugh after reviewing the FBI’s latest report, according to the Wall Street Journal.

As BizPac Review previously reported, the testimony of liberal professor Christine Blasey Ford has imploded after an ex-boyfriend said she never mentioned Brett Kavanaugh or said she was a victim of sexual misconduct of any kind during their six-year relationship.

In a sworn declaration to the Senate Judiciary Committee, businessman Brian Merrick suggested that Ford perjured herself when she claimed that she had never coached anyone to pass a polygraph test.

Merrick also disputed Ford’s claims that she’s afraid of flying and is claustrophobic — a condition she blamed on Kavanaugh supposedly groping her in 1982 at a high school party.

Brian Merrick said he dumped Christine Ford after she cheated on him, and said she admitted that she fraudulently used his credit card to make purchases a year after they broke up.

Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, burned the midnight oil to clear the path for a vote on Kavanaugh’s SCOTUS nomination by Friday or Saturday.

In a series of pre-dawn tweets, Grassley explained how senators will review the supplemental FBI reports:

Meanwhile, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said the Democrats have failed miserably in their unprecedented and sleazy ploy to destroy Judge Kavanaugh.

“There is no chance in the world that the Far Left will scare us out of doing our duty,” McConnell vowed.
