Laura Ingraham has a ‘no circus’ solution for Senate to hear Kavanaugh’s accuser after she refuses to show

Amid the unfolding drama surrounding the accuser of US Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Fox News’ Laura Ingraham offered some practical “no circus” advice.

Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct nearly four decades ago, is now demanding a “full FBI investigation” before she agrees to appear before Congress to testify about the allegations.

Republicans have asserted that they will move forward with the vote on Kavanaugh’s confirmation even if Ford does not appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee, although her attorney told CNN on Monday that her client is willing to testify.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein agreed with Ford’s latest antics, calling for the FBI to “conduct a full investigation” of the claim that decades ago, while at a party in their high school years, a drunken Kavanaugh groped Ford.

Ford’s lawyer, Lisa Banks, told CNN that the liberal California professor is not inclined to make the appearance before Congress due to concerns over harassment and backlash. Never mind that Kavanaugh and his entire family are now facing just that in the wake of her allegations.

Fox News host Laura Ingraham on Tuesday suggested a solution to the snag.

The only problem with Ingraham’s proposal is that a “circus” is just what Democrats want as they seek to stall, or derail, the vote on President Trump’s nominee.

The reaction on Twitter seemed to back up Ingraham’s advice and call out the true motives behind the antics by Democrats.
