The special election for Ohio’s 12th congressional district between Republican Troy Balderson and Democrat Danny O’Connor could be headed for a recount, as 588 previously uncounted votes mysteriously turned up.
As a result of the mysteriously-found new votes, O’Connor gained 190 votes, narrowing Balderson’s lead to just 1,564 votes.
“The votes from a portion of one voting location had not been processed into the tabulation system,” the Franklin County Board of Elections said in a news release (see below).
Due to these newly-found votes, the final election results will not be announced until August 24. Earlier this week, Troy Balderson, the Trump-backed Republican, had declared victory, but the race is still far from over.
Democrat Danny O’Connor said he has no plans to concede until all votes are counted. Some 3,435 provisional ballots and 5,048 absentee ballots still need to be counted, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Regardless of the outcome of the special election, Balderson and O’Connor will face off again in the November midterm elections.
Democrats are encouraged that the race was as close as it was, since the 12th congressional district seat has been held by a Republican since 1983.
Democratic operative Nate Lerner chirped, “A winner won’t be declared in #OH12 until Aug 24th, but regardless of the outcome here is something to feel good about: Dems regained all 11% that Trump won the district by in 2016. If Dems can recreate that shift statewide we’ll win Ohio’s Senate and Governor’s race in November.”

Meanwhile, conservatives wonder if voter fraud is playing a role in these newly-discovered votes that are favoring the Democratic candidate.
Hollywood conservative Chuck Woolery is baffled by the mystery of the “suddenly found” missing votes, which turned out to favor the Democrat.
“Mysteriously 500 votes were found, somewhere, in the trunk of a car, under a church pew, that weren’t counted,” Woolery tweeted. “This seems to happen in close elections, but the thing is, they never favor the Republican. That’s curious, don’t you think?”
So the election is over in Ohio. Wait, mysteriously 500 votes were found, somewhere, in the trunk of a car, under a church pew, that weren't counted. This seems to happen in close elections, but the thing is, they never favor the Republican. That's curious, don't you think?

Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA tweeted, “Voter fraud is real: 170 Voters in Ohio Race ‘Over 116 Years Old,’ World’s Oldest Person Is 115.”

According to the Government Accountability Institute, the voter rolls of Ohio’s 12th congressional district lists 170 registered voters as being over 116 years old, as BizPac Review reported.
The oldest person in the world is 115 years old, which would make these multiple 116-year-old “voters” in Ohio a record-setting phenomenon.

Curiously quiet in all this is actress Alyssa Milano, who got so triggered that a Republican is leading Ohio’s special election that she claims Russians meddled in it.
Now that the uncounted new votes favor a Democrat, her silence about potential voter fraud is deafening.

Speaking of voter fraud, remember when liberals were caught registering dead people as Democrats?

Meanwhile, Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison, co-chair of the DNC, was just accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend, as BizPac Review reported. Great leadership, Dems!
