Trump trolls haters with awesome 2016 election win video: ‘They just didn’t get it, but they do now!’

President Donald Trump trolled his haters and naysayers by tweeting a video celebrating his bombshell 2016 election win with a Simpsons-inspired theme.

“They just didn’t get it, but they do now!” Trump tweeted with a video that starts with a cartoon version of himself riding the escalator at Trump Tower with Homer Simpson behind him.

The video shows a montage of celebrities and media pundits scornfully predicting that “Donald Trump will NEVER be president,” and then moves on a staggering array of crestfallen liberals as Trump sweeps state after state on Election Night.

As the electoral votes stack up one by one in Trump’s favor, an image of “Super Trump” is splashed across a massive Times Square billboard.

A person named Louai Munajim (screen name: Elouai) created the YouTube video in December 2016 — one month after the election that Hillary Clinton was supposed to win.

In his description of the video, Elouai wrote: “Hundreds of celebrities, political pundits, established GOP on BOTH the Republican and Democratic parties, AND mass media were AGAINST his nomination and candidacy for president.”

Elouai then pointed out the Trump Paradox, which is that a New York billionaire has been so heartily embraced by working-class people in Middle America because he “gets” them.

“He personified, funnily enough, the class struggle of the poor working class against the rich elite which propelled him to the presidency,” Elouai noted.

Case in point: Henry Davis, a black Missouri man who became a viral sensation after posting an emotional video of himself saying how proud and grateful he is to have President Trump leading the nation.

“I’m just crying because — I’m just, I’m like — it’s a good time to be alive and to be able to witness what’s really going on,” Davis said with tears streaming down his face. “I’m just talking about from a black perspective — if you really want to work and get up off your *ss and do something, you can do it.”

That video came to the attention of Pastor Darrell Scott, a board member of the National Diversity Coalition for Trump. Pastor Scott is now arranging for Davis to go to the White House so he can meet his president.

Flashback: Here’s how Henry Davis reacted the day after Election Night. We dare someone to try to take Henry’s MAGA hat.
