Well, at the very least, Meghan Markle’s father just ensured that Prince Harry will be a little more tight-lipped when around his father-in-law.
Thomas Markle appeared on the British network ITV’s “Good Morning Britain,” and said that Prince Harry told him to give President Donald Trump “a chance” and that the Duke of Sussex may have been a Trump supporter.
Host Piers Morgan asked about his son-in-law’s views on Trump when Markle said he had spoken with the prince over the phone.
“I was complaining I didn’t like Donald Trump,” Markle explained. “He said give Donald Trump a chance. I sort of disagreed with that, but I still like Harry. That was his politics, I have my politics.”
Morgan then asked him if the Duke of Sussex was a Trump supporter.
“I would hope not now, but at the time he might have been,” replied Markle, who went on to say he’s always had “a bad attitude about Donald Trump and that’s never going to change.”
Of course, if you’re to believe conspiracy theorists, Prince Harry couldn’t possibly be a Trump supporter because he flashed the “devil sign” while posing for a photo with first lady Melania Trump.
The prince met Mrs. Trump at the Invictus Games 2017 in Toronto, Canada, and was seen with his hand haphazardly tucked into his jacket — his middle and ring finger were tucked inside the jacket along with his thumb, while the two remaining fingers were on the outside.
Thus the “devil sign” conspiracies.

There was also the claim made that, according to “body language experts,” Prince Harry was much more comfortable during his times with former first lady Michelle Obama than with Mrs. Trump.
Never mind that it was all a load of garbage.
