Liberals suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome have to make everything political. That’s why singer John Legend attacked Congressman Paul Ryan after the father of three posted a warm Twitter video wishing all dads a Happy Father’s Day.
“Seriously, f–k you,” Legend tweeted (see below. Warning: profanity). “Reunite the families at the border and we can talk about father’s day.” Legend blamed Ryan for the Obama-era policy of splitting illegal-alien families at the border.

In an emotional video, Ryan discussed how becoming a dad changed his life. “Wishing all of the dads out there a happy early Father’s Day,” he tweeted.
In April 2018, the Speaker of the House announced he would not seek re-election, citing a desire to spend more time with his children. Ryan’s family lives in Wisconsin, so he only sees his kids on the weekends.
John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigen are avowed Trump haters who spend most of their free time viciously attacking President Trump.

The faux controversy over migrant children “being torn” from their parents became a hot-button liberal issue in recent weeks when Democrats accused President Trump of putting illegal-alien kids in caged living spaces.
In fact, the photos the leftists were so outraged about were taken in 2014, when Obama was president. At the time, Democrats said nothing about the Obama policy of keeping children in dog kennels.

Because of their collective embarrassment at being caught blaming President Trump for an Obama-era policy, liberals have since overcompensated by making the issue a talking point.
Literally every mainstream media outlet is harping on the issue 24 hours a day, despite the fact that no one mentioned it when it occurred during the Obama presidency.

The reason why the “families” get split up is because under current federal law (which Democratic lawmakers approved), any adult who enters the United States illegally is criminally prosecuted.
Because the government does not want to prosecute children who cross the border illegally with their parents, they are detained in federal facilities, where they get housing, food, education, and entertainment (courtesy of U.S. taxpayers).
Thanks to President Trump, the living conditions for these illegal-alien children are far better than what most of them had back home in their third-world Latin American countries.
Breitbart’s Joel Pollak, an attorney, has visited the facilities and detailed his findings:
Media tell us @realDonaldTrump is keeping kids in “cages.” The facility I visited is a dormitory with a school, clinic, and outdoor recreation. They give them new clothes .They have field trips to parks & zoos. They even had a “prom.” Sad situation but not what we have been told.

Many of the kids I saw at the facility in El Cajon arrived at the US border unaccompanied. So it was not our government that separated them from their parents. They are cared for in the shelter until a relative/sponsor arrives for “reunion.” Staff care about kids before politics.

If I tried to break into your house together with my kids I’d be arrested and my kids would be separated from me until another relative could be found to care for them. https://t.co/fM4ZQDXlWi

Democratic Congressman Henry Cuellar admitted that the Obama administration covered up the child migrant crisis at the Southern border, and the media turned a blind eye.
“It was kept very quiet under the Obama Administration,” Cuellar told CNN on June 16. “There were large numbers of people coming in. The Obama administration was trying to keep this quiet.”
Cuellar said the number of children being detained at the Southern border right now is similar to that during the Obama presidency. But Obama was never criticized for it because his administration tried to hide the crisis, and the media blithely looked the other way.
“We still see the numbers, and not all of them are being separated. Some of them are coming alone,” Cuellar said.
He also said that some of the adults who accompany the minors aren’t even the kid’s real parents, adding that the government was hoodwinked in many cases over the years.
“Under the law, you can separate a child if the adult is not the real parent…because sometimes we see situations where they’ll bring a child because they know of the policy that we have over here,” Cuellar said.
Meanwhile, Twitter slammed John Legend for his liberal hypocrisy. “Where were you John in 2014?” one Twitter user asked.

Hey Johnny, where was all your faux outrage before Trump became Prez? This has been going on for a while. #moron

Hey John, if you gave even 10% of your wealth away, you could fund enough campaigns to elect people to fix these problems! Will you do that? Or are you just gonna keep tweeting without using any of your real world power?

Happy Father’s Day to these dads, whose children were taken away from them thanks to the Democrats’ pro-illegal immigration policies.

Then, there’s this.
Democrats are hilariously dishonest and fake.
They’ve been literally subsidizing single motherhood in the black community for DECADES, but this week they’re pretending to care about putting the families of illegals back together?😂😂 FRAUDS!
