Time reporter’s insulting question backfires, leads to Trump giving best line of the whole historic event

President Donald Trump shut down an anti-Trump naysayer from Time magazine at the press conference he held shortly after negotiating North Korea’s “complete denuclearization” agreement.

The reporter asked if Trump now considered Kim Jong Un his equal because POTUS had shown him a video of how the dictator’s country could look with future peace and prosperity. Confusing question? Ridiculous, actually, but President Trump responded with one of the most powerful statements to date about the historic event.

“If I have to say I’m sitting on a stage with Chairman Kim and that’s going to get us to save 30 million lives — maybe more than that — I’m willing to sit on the stage,” President Trump said. “I’m willing to travel to Singapore very proudly, very gladly.”

The liberal media is already trying to marginalize President Trump’s historic victory in bringing the reclusive North Korean dictator to the negotiating table by saying Kim “already won” by having a photo-op with a sitting United States president.

But Trump said he’s more than happy to make the 21-hour flight to Singapore if that means saving the lives of millions of people and advancing world peace.

He explained: “If I can save millions of lives by coming here, sitting down, and establishing a relationship with someone who’s a very powerful man — who’s got firm control of a country and that country has very powerful nuclear weapons — it’s my honor to do it.”

President Trump later said: “Anyone can make war, but only the most courageous can make peace.”

President Trump’s historic summit was praised by NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman, who said Trump’s excellent negotiating skills are helping to promote world peace.

Rodman blasted former president Barack Obama, saying he “didn’t give me the time of day” when Rodman tried to relay a message Kim Jong Un had asked him to give to Obama five years ago.

(Note to liberal media: The president you repeatedly call “racist” is being praised by a black man for brokering peace between two Asian countries that have been at war for 70 years.)

Twitter reacted with some hilarious memes celebrating President Trump’s epic diplomatic victory.

Daniel Turner quipped: “One of these people is willing to work with President Trump to make the world a better place… The other is Hillary Clinton.”

Daily Wire reporter Ryan Saavdra caught MSNBC’s Dafna Linzer trying to mock President Trump with a sham fact-check that blew up in her face.

In your face, Dafna. Spin that, libs.

OAN correspondent Jack Posobiec imagines what President Trump told Kim Jong Un to make him break into a huge smile: “And then I told her, Because you’d be in jail!”

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton pointed out how ridiculous the bogus “Trump-Russia” probe looks now in light of the advances President Trump just made toward ensuring world peace.

Conservative radio host Larry Elder tweeted: “Don’t forget, the ONLY reason we got to this point is President Trump. He put the military option back on the table and surrounded the Korean Peninsula with American aircraft carriers.”
