Monica Lewinsky, the former girlfriend of ex-president Bill Clinton, is apparently not upset that he said he doesn’t owe her an apology over their botched White House fling.
Lewinsky, now age 44, claims she has “evolved” in the 20 years since servicing Clinton in the Oval Office and has perspective on her youthful indiscretions.

“Grateful to the myriad people who have helped me evolve + gain perspective in the past 20 years,” Monica tweeted, along with a link to a March 2018 blog post she wrote for Vanity Fair.
In the post, Lewinsky revealed that she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder several years ago and has spent the past two decades trying to heal from the fallout of her affair with Clinton.
“My trauma expedition has been long, arduous, painful, and expensive. And it’s not over,” she wrote. “For two decades, I have been working on myself, my trauma, and my healing.”
Lewinsky continued: “I—we—owe a huge debt of gratitude to the #MeToo and Time’s Up heroines. They are speaking volumes against the pernicious conspiracies of silence that have long protected powerful men when it comes to sexual assault, sexual harassment, and abuse of power.”
As BizPac Review has reported, Lewinsky outed herself as a victim of sexual harassment amid the high-profile sex scandal of Harvey Weinstein, a longtime friend of the Clintons.

Since his disastrous interview earlier this week where he came off as defensive and angry, Bill Clinton has backpedaled. He now claims he did apologize privately to Lewinsky, regrets his actions, and supports the Me Too movement.
“The truth is, the hubbub was I got hot under the collar because of the way the questions were asked,” Clinton said in Harlem, New York, on June 4 while promoting his new book.
Clinton said: “I think what was lost were the two points that I made that are important to me: The suggestion was that I never apologized for what caused all the trouble for me 20 years ago. I did. I meant it then, I meant it now. I apologized to my family, to Monica Lewinsky, and her family and to the American people before a panel of ministers in the White House, which was widely reported. So I did that. I meant it then and I mean it today. I live with it all the time.”
He added: “The second is that I support the Me Too movement and think it is long overdue. I have always tried to support it in the decisions and policies that I advanced.”
For the record, millions of Americans aren’t upset with Bill Clinton because he had a consensual affair with an intern. We’re upset that he lied about it and wasted millions of dollars in taxpayer money with those lies.
Meanwhile, did Bill ever apologize to Juanita Broaddrick? Oddly enough, yes he did, and she told him to “go to hell.”
