Netflix announced last week a multimillion dollar deal with former president Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama, to produce original shows and movies that may include “scripted series, unscripted series, docu-series, documentaries, and features.”
Obama commented on the cushy deal to say they are looking to use the platform to “be a voice” and will be “identifying and training the next generation of leaders here in the United States and around the world.”

Following the big news, actress Roseanne Barr appealed to social media users to use their creativity to come up with some good show ideas and they did not disappoint.
Tweeting the hashtag #ObamasNetflixShows, Barr let the brilliance of Twitter do its thing.

Barr’s inquiry coming before Byron York, a columnist for the Washington Examiner, tweeted on the Obama-Netflix deal, summarizing a New York Post article detailing its workings.
