President Donald Trump’s sister just sold her million dollar Florida mansion and the new owners are no strangers to the family.
Maryanne Trump Barry sold her waterfront estate in Palm Beach, Florida, for a cool $18.5 million to an LLC that’s linked to the president’s two eldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, the South Florida Business Journal reported.Â

And talk about the art of the deal, it must run in the family because Trump Barry, a former federal judge, paid $11.5 million for the home in 2004.

Which means the sale netted her an impressive $7 million gain in less than 15 years.

But then, Trump purchased Mar-a-Lago for less than $10 million in 1985 and it’s now worth an estimated $200-$300 million, according to Fortune.
The estate sits on a 0.47-acre lot and has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, and a pool facing the beach, according to the Business Journal. It’s just a bit north of Mar-a-Lago, which serves as a winter White House for the president.

Their new 10,455-square-foot mansion is located at 1125 S. Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach.
