The mainstream media continue to prove that they’re shillers of “fake news” when they pushed the false narrative that President Trump had referred to all immigrants as “animals” on May 16. In fact, Trump had referred to the deadly MS-13 gang as “animals.”
The false accusations started flying after C-Span posted a doctored video showing the president saying: “We have people coming into the country…You wouldn’t believe how bad these people are. These aren’t people. These are animals.”
However, the full video (see below) shows that President Trump specifically referred to MS-13 gang members as “animals.”
The president was responding to Sheriff Margaret Mims of Fresno County, who told him: “There can be an MS-13 member I know about, but if they don’t reach a certain threshold I cannot tell ICE about them.”

But reporters from the New York Times, MSNBC, CBS News, the Associated Press, the Washington Post, and other liberals trashed President Trump, deliberately conflating his comments about MS-13 with all immigrants. That conflation doesn’t even make sense, since he has repeatedly praised his immigrant wife, first lady Melania Trump.
MS-13 — whose motto is “Kill, Rape, Control” — has spread like a virus across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America, especially El Salvador. The gangs have brought a tsunami of illegal drugs into the U.S., and its thugs brutally murder, rob, and rape countless innocent victims and terrorize vulnerable Latino communities.
But the New York Times defended MS-13 on Twitter, fuming, “Trump lashed out at undocumented immigrants.”
