Supporters of free speech and of Fox News’ Laura Ingraham have launched a counter-offensive in the face of cowering advertisers dropping her show.
Conservatives are fighting back with a boycott of the advertisers, launching a campaign with the hashtag #IStandWithLaura, after nearly a dozen companies pulled their ads as they seemingly follow the commands of liberal Parkland school shooting activist, David Hogg.

Eleven companies so far have pulled their advertising from “The Ingraham Angle,” after the 17-year old unleashed his fury on the conservative primetime host because she hurt his feelings by tweeting about his college rejections – a fact he openly declared himself.
Hogg tweeted a list of advertisers with a directive to pressure them to drop the show.
The Atlantis, Paradise Island resort; Office Depot, Jenny Craig, Hulu, Nutrish, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Wayfair, StitchFix, Nestlé and Johnson & Johnson caved and announced they would pull their ads from the Fox News show, CBS News reported. The companies pontificated about their standards and not condoning language or behavior that is divisive and demeaning, while backing a teenager who has spear-headed an anti-gun movement using name calling and profanity.
Make sure your voice is heard. David Hogg will not win this war and destroy Laura Ingraham. She doesn’t deserve this. Call the companies dropping her show and tell them they lost a customer. The time for letting things go, is over. We can NOT give in to the left. #IStandWithLaura

Hogg has continued his hate-filled rampage, refusing to accept Ingraham’s apology unless she gave in to more of his demands.

And conservatives are making some demands of their own with the #IStandWithLaura campaign.
Make sure you boycott EVERYTHING Nestle since they decided to capitulate to teen tyrants. Adults with real jobs and money, tell Nestle to pound sand. BYE! https://t.co/PdDGNaT2fs

Got it. Making the list. Canceled Trip Advisor, never a Rachel Ray product again, looking at every label for Johnson and Johnson, and we’ll add Nestles.

The show is weathering the storm as Thursday’s ratings showed it came in fifth in cable news.
According to Mediaite:
In the 10 PM hour, Ingraham pulled in 2.152 million total viewers and 432,000 in the key 25-54 demographic, according to Nielsen. For the day, the program finished fifth overall in cable news, behind MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show, Fox’s Tucker Carlson Tonight, Fox’s Hannity (Hannity was guest hosted by Jeanine Pirro) and MSNBC’s The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell. Ingraham placed third overall in the demo.
…
For the quarter, Ingraham is fifth overall in cable news in total viewers, averaging 2.498 million. It has also garnered 507,000 in the key demo during that timeframe.
Ingraham’s supporters have been vocal in their counter-attack, and with the Fox News host announcing she would be taking off the next week for an Easter holiday, there are hopes the incident will blow over. But the companies without backbones, or impartiality, would do best to revisit the staggering numbers that accompanied the return of the sitcom “Roseanne” to television this week after two decades.
A staggering 21.9 million total viewers tuned in to the reboot which aired on March 27, making it the highest-rated show in four years, and scoring a personal call from President Donald Trump to the show’s star, Roseanne Barr whose TV character is a Trump supporter.
Advertisers should be keenly aware of the number of conservatives in the “Roseanne” audience, as the show has already been renewed for another season.
Conservative viewers and Ingraham supporters will clearly not be silent and continued to rally the troops on social media.
I proudly cancelled my @hulu subscription. I will not give my money to a company who does not believe in free speech and uses fascist-like tactics to silence people they disagree with. I encourage you to do the same. #IStandWithLaura #BoycottHulu @IngrahamAngle

I’m in the process of removing Nutrish off my self. Going with Blue Buffalo Organic dry dog food. Whats left in bag (Turkey, Brown Rice & Venison Recipe) will be trashed. Suggestion keep your nose out of politics, it’s a losing situation, CEO/Rachel Ray bad move. #IStandWithLaura
