Stormy Daniels gushes that she’s ‘more in demand’ than ever – and one pathetic network is helping

Imagine that.

Porn star Stormy Daniels says all the media attention to her legal battle with President Trump over an alleged affair has actually been good for her “career.”

The adult films actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, said she is “more in demand” since the media has been all over her story, filing a lawsuit against the president last week over a non-disclosure agreement which she said Trump never signed.

“I’m getting more dance bookings. I usually only dance once a month, and now I’m dancing three or four times a month. So that’s been really great,” she told CNN following a performance Friday at the Solid Gold gentleman’s club in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Playing off of Trump’s  “Make America Great Again” slogan, Clifford is currently starring in the “Make America Horny Again” tour which is reaping the rewards of her new-found fame following a report in January that Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, paid her $130,000 just before the 2016 presidential election in order to keep quiet an alleged affair with Trump.

Clifford, who has been in the adult entertainment business for 17 years, was inducted into the Adult Video News Hall of Fame in 2014. Even with her appearances in the films, “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” and “Knocked Up,” Clifford’s popularity has hit an all-time high thanks to the attention from the Trump allegations.

“If somebody came up to you and said, ‘Hey, you know that job that you’ve been doing forever? How about next week I pay you quadruple,’ show me one person who’s going to say no,” she told CNN.

But she was quick to add that there was a down side as well.

“It’s sort of been a double-edged sword where a lot of people are very interested in booking me for dancing and stuff like this,” Clifford told CNN. “But because of that it’s kind of overshadowing the adult films I’m supposed to be promoting, and a lot for the mainstream projects that I was actively working on have indefinitely been put on hold.”

The actress wasn’t about to get much sympathy on Twitter, as users questioned her motives – and what passes for journalism over at CNN.
