“Fox and Friends” co-host Brian Kilmeade should stick to his day job because his foreign policy advice is lame, according to social media.
Kilmeade responded to Robert Mueller’s toothless indictment of 13 Russian internet trolls for election meddling by suggesting that President Trump meddle in Russia’s upcoming election.
Reading this Mueller indictment..our biggest problem Russians don’t fear or respect us @realDonaldTrump has to change that..they have an election coming up..payback time?

“Reading this Mueller indictment..our biggest problem Russians don’t fear or respect us @realDonaldTrump has to change that,” Kilmeade tweeted. “They have an election coming up..payback time?”
Russia’s election is March 8, but incumbent President Vladimir Putin is expected to win by a landslide since curious things (like imprisonment, freak accidents, or death) keep happening to his challengers.
Kilmeade’s tweet was widely slammed on social media, with many mocking him for having the “dumbest take” on the Mueller indictments.

Many pointed out the obvious, which is that the United States has long been meddling in other nations’ elections, just like Russia and China do in ours.
And you believe we already are not??? C’mon man

That assumes we haven’t already been “meddling” in Russia’s elections…do you really think we haven’t? Ask Netanyahu how the US plays in other country’s elections…

Remember the mainstream media outrage when Barack Obama meddled in Israel’s elections by trying to oust Benjamin Netanyahu? Neither do we.
The #Democrats who are calling for #Trump's indictment from a phony witch hunt of an investigation better call for Obama's indictment as well, since he interfered in Israel's election. @seanhannity pic.twitter.com/9ynXUkC23y

Russia and other nations have been meddling in our elections for decades just like Obama meddled in Great Britain and Israel's election during his time in Oval Office.
How come no one cared about Russia meddling before @POTUS @realDonaldTrump won? #RealTalk

What about when Obama flew to the UK and live on TV threatened to actively make the UK poorer if we voted to leave the EU??
When’s he going to be arrested for interfering in a UK vote??— Mac Stephens (@macstephens9) February 17, 2018
Besides, many believe the Russian elections are already rigged — not by online trolls operating fake Twitter accounts, but through more sinister methods.
It’s different in Russia. Putin just assassinates his political rivals.

Brian Kilmeade has become an increasingly vocal critic of President Trump over the past year. In September 2017, Kilmeade was blasted by Trump supporters for saying the president shouldn’t criticize NFL stars for disrespecting the national anthem.
“He made things immeasurably worse by speaking out,” Kilmeade said. “And I know what his intention was, but it was galvanizing in the wrong direction.”

Here’s the reality: Many Americans — even non-Trump supporters — were furious when NFL stars refused to stand for the national anthem. Where’s the proof? NFL ratings tanked and attendance at football games plunged following the unpatriotic protests.
At the Super Bowl two weeks ago, everyone stood for the Star-Spangled Banner, so it looks like President Trump got the last word on that.
Another narrative war Trump is winning concerns the flailing Russia investigation. To date, special counsel Robert Mueller has produced no evidence that Trump campaign aides colluded with Russia.

Even Rob Goldman, who oversees Facebook ads, said “Russian meddling” did not affect the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. Let that sink in.
Unhinged liberals attack Melania after she sends tweet encouraging kindness
Most of the coverage of Russian meddling involves their attempt to effect the outcome of the 2016 US election. I have seen all of the Russian ads and I can say very definitively that swaying the election was *NOT* the main goal.
