Obama ‘wants to know everything’: more Strzok-Page texts discovered

Two star-crossed lovers in the FBI are at the center of a brewing sh*tstorm in Washington D.C. as the nation absorbs the fallout of the Obama administration being accused of spying on the Trump campaign.

The provably partisan FBI agent Pete Strzok, who was a key figure in the Clinton email investigation, had a hand in rewriting the infamous Comey memo to exculpate the Democratic presidential candidate, and who was removed from the Russia investigation by Special Counsel Mueller, had some fascinating things to say to his mistress and FBI lawyer Lisa Page.

As Fox News reported on Wednesday:

Page wrote to Strzok on Sept. 2, 2016 about prepping Comey because “potus wants to know everything we’re doing.” Senate investigators told Fox News this text raises questions about Obama’s personal involvement in the Clinton email investigation.

This is intriguing because Republicans have been wanting to know what President Obama was doing the entire time the Clinton email investigation was being conducted, as well as the opening of the counter-intelligence investigation into the Trump campaign, particularly, the FISA court warrant approved to monitor adviser Carter Page.

Strzok appeared to dread reviewing the seized information from Anthony Weiner’s laptop:

On Sept. 28, 2016 Strzok wrote to Page, “Got called up to Andy’s [McCabe] earlier.. hundreds of thousands of emails turned over by Weiner’s atty to sdny [Southern District of New York], includes a ton of material from spouse [Huma Abedin]. Sending team up tomorrow to review… this will never end.”

The FBI agent lashed out against those who voted against McCabe’s wife and Democratic state senate candidate:

“Disappointing, but look at the district map. Loudon is being gentrified, but it’s still largely ignorant hillbillys. Good for her for running, but curious if she’s energized or never again.”

As for Lisa Page, she shared own strong feelings about the election of Donald Trump, which drew a sympathetic response:

On Election Day 2016, Page wrote, “OMG THIS IS F***ING TERRIFYING.” Strzok replied, “Omg, I am so depressed.” Later that month, on Nov. 13, 2016 Page wrote, “I bought all the president’s men. Figure I need to brush up on watergate.”

Brush up on Watergate?

Was that because Strzok wanted to know more about investigating scandals or because he wanted the “insurance policy” of how to remove a sitting president of the United States?
