Trump brutally trolls Women’s March protesters as celebs and feminists unite in opposition

No one trolls like our commander-in-chief.

On Saturday, women and men in cities around the country participated in the national Women’s March, which protested the president on the anniversary of his inauguration. President Trump acknowledged the event in an afternoon tweet.

“Beautiful weather all over our great country, a perfect day for all Women to March,” the president wrote. “Get out there now to celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation that has taken place over the last 12 months. The president noted the economic improvements the country has seen during his first year in office, including record low unemployment rates among blacks and Hispanics.

In addition to a bolstered stock market and soaring consumer confidence, over 164 companies have given their employees wage raises and bonuses of as much as $2,000 thanks to the Trump-backed GOP tax overhaul.

Apple is planning a $245 billion repatriation as a result of the tax cuts, CNBC reports. Of that sum, $38 billion will be tax payments while the remaining $207 billion will go straight into the American economy.

Despite these successes, anti-Trump sentiment was high at the Women’s March. The protesters were joined by celebrities like Catt Sadler, Natalie Portman, Eva Longoria, and Scarlett Johansson.
