As always, the press has it out for President Trump.
In an explosive 2011 interview published by the magazine In Touch on Wednesday, adult actress Stormy Daniels claimed President Trump had an affair with her in 2006–corroborating a Wall Street Journal report from last week that said the president’s lawyer paid the porn star $130,000 before the 2016 election to keep quiet.
Daniels, real name Stephanie Clifford, denied having relations with President Trump in a signed statement provided by Trump attorney Michael Cohen.
The In Touch interview, which dates back to 2011, contradicts the written statement.
According to the article, Clifford said she slept with the president at his Lake Tahoe, Nevada hotel suite in 2006. Her friend, Randy Spears, and her ex-husband, Mike Moz, supported the story.
In Touch claimed Clifford took and passed a polygraph test at the time of the interview.
“[The sex] was textbook generic,” the porn star said of her alleged encounter with President Trump. “I actually don’t even know why I did it, but I do remember while we were having sex, I was like, ‘Please, don’t try to pay me.’”
Clifford told the magazine she and the “Apprentice” host met at a celebrity golf tournament in July 2006, a few months after Melania Trump gave birth to the president’s youngest son, Barron.
“[Trump] was introduced to everybody. He kept looking at me and then we ended up riding to another hole on the same golf cart together,” she recalled.
She went on to say the two posed for a photo together when he visited her adult film company Wicked Pictures–where he allegedly asked for her phone number.
Clifford said she was excited when the real estate mogul invited her to dinner. “Then he asked me if I wanted to have dinner that night. And I was like, ‘Yeah, of course!'”
The adult entertainer remarked, “We ended up having dinner in the room.” At one point, she excused herself to use the restroom.
“When I came out, he was sitting on the bed and he was like, ‘Come here.’ And I was like, ‘Ugh, here we go,’” she told In Touch. “And we started kissing.”
After intercourse, Clifford said she and President Trump “hung out for a little while and he just kept saying, ‘I’m gonna call you, I’m gonna call you. I have to see you again. You’re amazing. We have to get you on “The Apprentice.”‘”
The porn star claimed to have met with the president on subsequent occasions, including his bungalow in Beverly Hills.
Cohen stated, “President Trump once again vehemently denies any such occurrence, as has Ms. Daniels.”
The In Touch story came after other adult actresses, including Alana Evans and Jessica Drake, claimed to have had sexual relations with the president.
The Trump #MeToo bandwagon is getting crowded.
