“I have no concerns about his cognitive ability,” Dr. Jackson said to the chagrin of the press.
The health exam reported that Donald Trump is 6’3″ and weighed 239 pounds. This puts him just within the “obese” range on the Body Mass Index.
Regarding the president’s diet, which reportedly includes Diet Cokes, KFC, and McDonald’s, the doctor agreed that he could lose 10-15 pounds.
“He would benefit from a diet that is lower in fat and carbohydrates,” Dr. Jackson said.
Donald Trump’s resting heart rate is reported to be 68 and his blood pressure 122/74.
CNN summarized the official medical report by Dr. Harold Bornstein as follows:
Dr. Harold Bornstein’s summary included Trump’s height (6 feet 3 inches) and weight (236 pounds), cholesterol (HDL 63, LDL 94, triglycerides 61), blood pressure (116/70), blood sugar (99) and normal results from liver, thyroid, heart and colon exams.
He also said Trump took Crestor, a cholesterol lowering statin; a low dose of aspirin to prevent heart attacks; antibiotics to treat skin rosacea; and Propecia for baldness.
Dr. Jackson’s responses to several media questions were quite pointed:

At one point, a reporter asked about the president having “early onset Alzheimer’s.”
Reporter to Dr. Ronny Jackson: "Are you ruling things out early onset Alzheimer’s, dementia?"
Jackson's response: "The fact that the president got 30 out of 30 on that exam I think there’s no indication he has any cognitive issues" pic.twitter.com/tnLM0mVhps

This prompted further media reaction to the provocative question.

So, today's medical assessment from the press is: Trump likely has Alzheimer's and Dr. Jackson just didn't catch it and he's also basically obese. What was actually said by the Dr.: "The president is in excellent health."

The news media have been spinning for weeks that President Trump has been cognitively impaired and thus “mentally unfit” for office. When real doctors, as opposed to fake ones on TV, examine him, the assessment is that he is in “excellent” health.
The American people can decide for themselves who they’d rather believe: Doctors or journalists.
