President Trump wowed the crowd at the national college football championship game Monday night, when he arrived to participate in the national anthem.

The game was held in Atlanta, where Trump was introduced on the loudspeaker and entered the field to a roaring crowd.
Escorted by young military members on each side, Trump proudly put his hand on his heart and sang along as bands for the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs played the Star-Bangled Banner.

Outside the game, some sore-loser protesters took a knee in support of the ill-fated NFL protests begun by Colin Kaepernick.

A mix of cheers and boos were heard as Trump’s motorcade arrived.
They locked down @MBStadium for @realDonaldTrump an hour ago and myself and a thousand fans have been waiting in the rain to get in. Let’s just say there were plenty of boos when Trump arrived pic.twitter.com/6XIr8YO5gO

But neither the rain, nor the protesters dampened the President’s spirits as he proudly took center stage along the National Guard members.
The moment brought a big smile to Trump as he later waved to the excited and cheering stands.

Fox News Channel broke into Tucker Carlson Tonight to live-air President Trump’s entrance:
Considering the President’s ongoing feud with the NFL for allowing players to kneel in protest during the anthem, Trump’s act of unapologetic patriotism resonated with the audience in the stands, and with his supporters watching on television.
Trump being down on the field, walking out with the troops, singing along with the National Anthem with such pride, is the very definition of Pro-America. This is OUR President. #NationalChampionship

Not everyone was impressed, as liberals blasted Trump for not singing every single word and ridiculously claimed that he didn’t know the anthem. But, those not looking to find fault savored the moment of national pride, and Trump’s actions rang true.
THATS MY PRESIDENT!
Thank you Mr. President for setting the example to STAND and NOT KNEEL at our National Anthem!
I feel great pride and honor having you in office. God bless you @realDonaldTrump and God bless America. #IStandWithTrump #IStand#MAGA pic.twitter.com/lmj5qzyZON

The game went on to be a nail-biter with Alabama winning 26-23 in overtime. It’s Alabama’s fifth championship in the last nine years.
