Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough denied yelling “F— Trump!” before the College Football Playoff National Championships Monday night.
President Trump attended the game between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs in Atlanta.

Shortly before taking the field, Scarbrough (who wears No. 9 ) is heard on video reportedly yelling “F— Trump!” as his team made their way through the tunnel.

Before kickoff, President Trump was escorted to the field by ROTC members for the national anthem.

As he always does, the president stood proudly and respectfully as the Star-Spangled Banner played in the background.

Following the national anthem, President Trump watched the game from a skybox overlooking the football field.
Excited college students snapped selfies and photos of the president as he waved. Trump reportedly left the game during half-time. Alabama went on to win the game 26-23.

After getting slammed on social media for his disrespect toward the president of the United States, Bo Scarbrough took to Twitter to deny that he had yelled expletives at Trump.
The 22-year-old college football star claimed he had yelled “F— Georgia!” and not “F— Trump!” Even then, yelling profanities in front of a camera shows poor sportsmanship and a bad attitude.
“If y’all listen I said Georgia smh…” Scarbrough tweeted.

The NFL’s national anthem protest has infected sports, even at the college level.
The protests started in August 2016, when quarterback Colin Kaepernick hijacked games by refusing to stand for the national anthem. Other NFL players later joined the protest, and the “movement” was then co-opted by college athletes like Bo Scarbrough.
Kaepernick claimed he stopped standing for the anthem to protest police brutality against black men. But he did nothing when blacks were killed by cops (both black and white) during Barack Obama‘s 8-year presidency.
Meanwhile, “concerned citizen” Kaepernick does not vote, donates to groups that support cop killers, and says nothing about the countless black-on-black murders that occur every day across the United States.

Sports analyst Jason Whitlock, who’s African-American, said the invasion of leftist politics into the NFL and other sports is a disturbing trend that is turning viewers off. Most people watch sports to have fun and get away from divisive politics.
“This invasion of progressive idealogy into the National Football League and sports — this is starting to smell like a shakedown,” Whitlock said. “This false narrative, that Colin Kaepernick is out of the league because all the owners are racist, that he’s being blackballed.”

Whitlock added: “This is simply a case of a guy who’s not good enough. His talents aren’t good enough to justify all the attention and noise and controversy. Tim Tebow [who’s white] ran into this exact same issue.”
