The first family is spending the holidays at the Winter White House, President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and there are smiles all around.

All the Trump clan enjoyed the Christmas spirit.

Donald Trump, Jr. shared several pictures of his family’s festivities that showed the Trumps love Christmas as much as any other American family.

The dessert table at the Trumps’ was impressive.

And the tree was glowing.

On Christmas Eve, the Trump family attended services at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea.
The president and First Lady also spent time talking to children and members of the military by phone. As part of a yearly Christmas tradition, the first couple spoke with children while following Santa Claus’s movements on North American Aerospace Defense Command’s Santa tracker.

Mrs. Trump’s acts of giving back this holiday season included reading to young patients at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C and helping pack toys for needy children as part of the Toys for Tots charity program.

In a video President Trump shared Christmas Day, the First Lady praised members of the military and described how Christmas is a time of “communities coming together.”

“At this time of year, we see the best of America and the soul of the American people,” Mrs. Trump said. “We see children packing boxes to brighten the Christmases of our brave men and women in uniform. We see families reaching out to neighbors, and we see communities coming together to serve one another.”
President Trump also wished Americans a merry Christmas–then vowed to be “back to work” on Tuesday.

It’s comforting to know that even on the holidays, the first family is working hard to improve the lives of the American people.
