Melania Trump is arguably the most glamorous first lady in U.S. history, so it may come as no surprise that the former model stays fit with a healthy diet and regular workouts.
The leggy 5-foot-11 brunette makes fitness a top priority, but that doesn’t mean she starves herself or exercises excessively. If anything, moderation is the key to Melania’s supermodel bikini body.

The Slovenian beauty follows a portion-controlled diet that includes snacking on antioxidant-rich chocolate, fruit, and even ice cream, Life & Style reported.
“I would snack on fruit or a little bit of chocolate,” Trump said. “It’s good to indulge cravings and your tastes once in a while as long as you balance those things with healthy foods.”

Melania makes a point to not overeat, and typically sticks to a diet that’s rich in high-quality proteins and vitamin-packed vegetables. For breakfast, she often enjoys a smoothie or oatmeal.
Her favorite meal is chicken parmigiana. Melania does not drink much alcohol, and prefers to drink water and sometimes diet Coke.
Melania is equally disciplined when it comes to exercise. A lifelong fitness fanatic, Trump maintains her sleek physique by lifting light weights, walking with ankle weights, playing tennis, and doing Pilates workouts several times a week.

Most people think you have to exercise hard at a gym to be healthy, but even a 5- or 10-minute walk after eating can significantly reduce blood sugar and post-meal glucose surges.
Those blood sugar spikes are what fuels weight gain, belly fat storage, and aging. So take a short walk after a heavy meal to minimize its negative health effects. Every little bit counts.
While critics have accused Melania of getting plastic surgery to maintain her good looks, the glamorous first lady insists she’s a proponent of aging naturally. When asked if she got breast implants, she scoffed.

“I didn’t make any changes,” she told GQ. “A lot of people say I am using all the procedures for my face. I didn’t do anything. I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and my body.”
Conservative women are hotter than liberals, study finds: Here’s proof
Trump said her anti-aging beauty secrets including taking vitamins, taking all her makeup off before bed, moisturizing, and getting enough sleep. She says she’s not a fan of cosmetic enhancements or facial fillers.
“I’m against Botox, I’m against injections,” Melania said. “I think it’s damaging your face, damaging your nerves. It’s all me. I will age gracefully, as my mom does.”
