If you believe the southern border is already being overrun, wait until word gets out that the liberal court system in America all but guarantees on-demand abortions for foreign nationals who happen to wander across the border.
A federal judge ordered the U.S. government to assist, at taxpayer expense, two illegal immigrant girls in their efforts to obtain abortions.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan ordered Health and Human Services to transport the young girls, who are being held in federal shelters after arriving in the country as unaccompanied minors, to an abortion facility, The Washington Times reported.
According to court documents, both girls, identified as Joe Roe and Jane Poe, are 17 years old. One teen is reportedly about 10 weeks pregnant, and the other is about 22 weeks pregnant.
Judge Chutkan, appointed by former President Barack Obama, said she was acting to preserve the illegal immigrants’ “constitutional right to decide whether to carry their pregnancies to term — including their right to change their minds regarding the same.”
This is the second time Chutkan has ruled in favor of an “undocumented” immigrant in US custody seeking an abortion. The earlier case involved a 17-year-old girl known as Jane Doe, who was ultimately successful in having an abortion.

The Trump administration’s argument is that facilitating abortions requires spending taxpayers’ money to transport the girls and provide follow-up care, which would violate federal laws that prevent taxpayers’ money from going to abortions, according to The Times.
The Justice Department asked the Supreme Court to intervene Monday, putting a halt to Judge Chutkan’s precedent setting decision.
“This case concerns the question whether the government must facilitate an abortion procedure that is not necessary to preserve the life or health of an unaccompanied minor who unlawfully entered the country and thus is in the government’s custody,” Solicitor General Noel J. Francisco wrote in the request, according to The Times.
“The answer to that question is no,” he concluded.
