Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy roasted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, an Obama holdover, during a House Judiciary hearing, demanding to know “what the hell is going on” with the FBI.
“The reason we have Special Counsel is because of conflicts of interest,” Gowdy said. “We don’t like conflicts of interest because it undermines people’s confidence in both the process and the result. And lo and behold! Those that are supposed to make sure there are no conflicts of interest seem to have a bit of their own.”

Trey Gowdy was referencing the 50,000 anti-Trump, pro-Hillary texts exchanged between senior FBI agent Peter Strzok and another Mueller team member: FBI attorney Jill Page, with whom Strzok was having an affair.
In the texts, Strzok and his mistress Jill called President Trump “an idiot” and mocked his supporters as ignorant redneck Walmart shoppers who smell (um…everyone shops at a Walmart at some point).

LP – Yep. Out to lunch with (redacted) We both hate everyone and everything."

In other texts, Strzok and his lover referred to Trump family members as “douchebags,” gushed over Hillary Clinton, and suggested that they do something to stop Donald Trump from being elected.
Robert Mueller fired Strzok from his team in August because of his anti-Trump bias, but the revelation of Strzok’s hatred for Trump didn’t become public until four months later — in December.
Shockingly, Strzok was in charge of supervising the Trump-Russia investigation. He also oversaw the Hillary Clinton email investigation, even though he and his mistress fawned over Hillary in text messages. Amazingly, both Strzok and Page are still employed by the FBI.

The jaw-dropping lack of professionalism on Robert Mueller’s team has forever tarnished public perception of the FBI. How can the agency be trusted with national security and serving the president of the United States when they can’t rise above their petty partisan biases?

After a year of exhaustive investigations, Mueller’s team still has produced no evidence that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia. So taxpayers have shelled out millions of dollars for a probe that has yielded no results.
Even before the embarrassing Peter Strzok texts, the integrity of Mueller’s investigation was severely compromised since his team is stacked with Trump-hating Democratic donors and former Obama lawyers.
Indeed, the upper levels of most U.S. intelligence agencies is stacked with Obama holdovers who despise Trump.
The anti-Trump bias has gotten so out of hand that former CIA director Michael Morell said he regrets how unfairly U.S. intelligence agencies treated President Trump during the presidential transition and campaign.

Morell, who endorsed Hillary Clinton in a 2016 New York Times op-ed, said the CIA, NSA, FBI and other intelligence agencies should have remained neutral instead of attacking and undermining Trump.
“I don’t think I fully thought through the implications,” Morell said. “There were downsides to it that I didn’t think about at the time.”
