‘Fox & Friends’ host bids a tearful farewell while announcing ‘last day in broadcast news’

“Fox & Friends” host Clayton Morris announced on Monday that he was leaving broadcast news with a tearful farewell to his coworkers and viewers.

“I’ve decided after 18 years in broadcast television,” he said as he began to choke back tears “I didn’t think I was gonna do this…That today will be my last day in television.”

The show played a montage of Morris’ 10-year highlights at the network and Morris asked them to play “harp music” as he gave his farewell.

“I don’t think you’ll see me on television ever again,” he said, adding that he was going to focus on helping people build wealth and passive income.

“Love you all,” he said as he signed off. “I’ll miss you all.”
