Gabby Giffords scolded Trump for using London tragedy to debate guns … only her side can do that!

Doing what liberals do well, conflating unrelated issues to drive an ideological point, former Democratic Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords used Saturday’s London Bridge terrorist attack to push a gun control agenda.

…and to show up President Donald Trump.

The president posted a series of tweets Sunday on the London attack, to include this observation: “Do you notice we are not having a gun debate right now? That’s because they used knives and a truck!”

Giffords, who was shot and severely wounded in 2011 at a campaign rally, responded to Trump’s comment, fusing the U.K. terrorist attack with everyday criminal behavior.

And like any respectable Democrat, she makes it all about the children.

“Mr. President, every day we are having a gun debate because every day 90 people in our country die from gun violence. Many of them are kids,” Giffords tweeted.
