With so much attention last week on a then-congressional candidate getting physical with a member of the press, an incident involving batty Rep. Maxine Waters initiating contact with a reporter is sure to be news.
…or not, given her Democratic Party affiliation.
Michael Tracy, a correspondent with The Young Turks, a decidedly liberal outlet, was interviewing the California Democrat and appeared to hit a nerve when he asked her if former President Barack Obama was mistaken “to forge military cooperation with Russia in Syria.”
And with that, the eccentric Waters, once named one of the most corrupt members of Congress by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, showed what she’s really all about.
“Look, you and I have a different agenda, young man,” she replied. “I’m out to impeach this President – get that straight. I’m out to impeach the President. I’m not gonna be diverted by people who are Obama haters.”

The cameraman with Tracy, identified as Ty, also weighed in on what happened and how it might be described.
“I think that was the wrong way to handle what she did, regardless of how you feel about Barack,” Ty said. “I think Barack is ‘Black Jesus’ too, but still, you can’t do that.”

After the incident, Tracy took to social media to comment on the “erratic, intemperate behavior” of the Democratic lawmaker.

He initially referred to the contact as a shove, but then offered further clarification.
Rep. Maxine Waters just shoved me and angrily stormed off as I asked her questions. (Not a violent shove but she initiated physical contact)

It wasn't "an assault" by any stretch but there's no justification for escalating physical contact like that.

And as the attention to the incident increased, he released a statement that made it clear that Waters “initiated unwanted physical contact,” adding that to call it a “push” would be an accurate description.

But his input did little to quell the arrows coming fast and furious from liberals eager to dismiss comparisons to the actions of now-Montana Congressman Greg Gianforte.
In the spirit of Kathy Griffin, liberals proved that the disturbed comedian doesn’t have the market cornered on being vile, and this is one of their own. In a similar fashion as Griffin, they flip the narrative, making the victim the culprit and the culprit the victim.
Oh my god what a fucking whiner. We’ve all now seen the video. You were in her way and she just brushed you off. What. A. Dick.

You crowded an elderly woman half your size and whined when she brushed your arm as she walked away. I’m embarrassed for your entire family.

You’re twice her size and were impeding her path. This whole post makes you sound like a buffoon. Have some shame.
