Joy-less Behar, co-host of ABC’s “The View,” was more miserable than usual after a recent White House visit by the likes of Sarah Palin, Ted Nugent and Kid Rock.
After showing a photo taken of the trio posing in front of a portrait of former first lady Hillary Clinton on display in the White House, Behar bemoaned:
“So, is this the saddest day in the history of the White House since the British burned it to the ground in 1814?”
Taking her cue from Behar, co-host Sunny Hostin agreed that is was a sad day, before showing that she has no sense of humor whatsoever.
“What was so offensive to me was that Sarah Palin said that she brought [Nugent and Kid Rock] because Jesus wasn’t available… so she’s comparing these folks to Jesus,” Hostin said.
“Oh, but they’re going to make America great again, these three,” spewed Behar.
As for the saddest day, that may have occurred when rapper Rick Ross’ ankle bracelet started beeping while visiting President Barack Obama — he was on house arrest after being convicted of kidnapping and pistol-whipping.
Ross, who released a song in December that included the lyrics “assassinate Trump,” was invited to the White House in 2015 with a number of other hip hop artists when the bracelet went off following an Obama speech.
An event Hostin mentioned, sans the part about an ankle bracelet going off.
