When a headline starts with “Florida man,” you can bet it’s probably something weird.
On Friday morning around 10:50 a.m., Lakeland, Florida police received a call about a man in pajama pants and no shirt chowing down on pancakes and what appeared to be bacon and eggs right smack in the middle of Lakeland’s Memorial Boulevard.

“There’s a gentleman sitting in the middle of the road with a folding table eating. Eating. Just sitting in the middle of road eating with a chair and a folding table,” the caller told dispatchers, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
When police arrived, the man was gone. However, since the “prank” was videoed and later posted to Facebook, police were able to track down nearby resident Kiaron Thomas, 21, thanks to the fact that he had been “tagged” multiple times by friends.

Whoever recorded the stunt can be heard laughing and commenting as multiple vehicles are forced to stop or go around Thomas.
When police did track him down, they cited Thomas for disrupting the flow of traffic and placing an obstruction in a roadway. He will appear in court in April.
