Hollywood moonbat Alec Baldwin finds himself on the defensive over claims that he helped elect Donald Trump as president.
The actor says critics have told him that his famous portrayal of Trump on “Saturday Night Live” helped “humanize” Trump in the eyes of voters.
“There were people who came to me after the election and said, ‘Well, do you feel that you are, to some degree, responsible for Trump winning the election?'” Baldwin said in a recent interview, according to the Daily Mail.
“I thought they were kidding, but they said, ‘You humanized him. You took the edges off and made him more personable,'” he continued.
Naturally, the renowned curmudgeon saw it differently.
“I don’t agree with that,” Baldwin added.
Either way, he’s not sure how much longer he will do the popular Trump impression… Baldwin once said he’d stop one ONE condition:

“His policies aside, which you can hate, I thought he would have just relaxed,” Baldwin told the TV show “Extra” earlier this month.
The actor went on to say he’s worried people may not be able to “take it” much longer.
“The maliciousness of this White House has people worried, which is why I’m not going to do it much longer, the impersonation,” Baldwin said. “I don’t know how much more people can take it.”
Oddly, it hasn’t been that long ago since he was talking about expanding his parody of Trump beyond the confines of “Saturday Night Live.”
